Every dish here is incredibly delicious. The steamed buns, dumplings, tofu pudding, small cold dishes, stir-fries, pancakes, roujiamo (Chinese burgers), Lamb kebabs and rice bowls are all incredibly good. The environment is clean, the ingredients are fresh, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The food is very delicious here! The owner here is very nice and cooks very good food! The place is very cute and clean. It has a nostalgic taste of the food back home. My favorites are the lamb scewers, 豆腐脑，包子, lunch combo, rice noodles, 煎饼果子. It is our go to place for food in Edmonton!

Love this place!! So damn cute, the workers are always super kind and attentive and the food delicious! I've been there for lunch (they prepare everything fast!) and dinner and both were awesome. I recommend the 8 Treasure Rice Pudding, Chinese Crepe, and the Braised Beef over Rice!

Would not go into this restaurant again. Food was cold, thinking under cooked and not fresh. Ordered and within seconds one of our two meals appeared. Reheated perhaps but definitely not freshly prepared. Chef, owner keeps his money in a jar! How professional is that. I would avoid this place for the sake of your stomach.

Although I'm not northern Chinese, their food tastes like home. This is a little gem that serves northern Chinese food, not the Americanized stuff. I've ordered here a few times as I work closeby. The prices are good and the owners/workers are friendly.
Beware: This place is really small and I think there are only two workers. You might need to be patient if there's several tables. But I do love getting takeout.
The steamed pork bun was phenomenal. Wish I got more. Got the braised pork on rice, was very filling and the mushroom soup. The mushroom soup wasn’t the best as it felt like a chicken soup with some mushrooms in it. I really enjoyed the wontons in the shrimp wonton but there was a lot of broth for the amount of wontons. Atmosphere was nice and processed was fair.

The food was amazing! Probably the best Chinese food I have eaten in Edmonton so far. I'm beyond satisfied with what I have been served.
I ordered the scrambled egg and tomato rice, along with the seaweed and egg soup. The taste of the rice was outstanding--it was not salty nor was it bland, and the rice itself was not dry as it was accompanied by some thick tomato sauce and egg.
However, the general atmosphere of this restaurant is extremely quiet. Despite the fact that it was seated to its maximum capacity, the only sounds we could hear were from the kitchen and the music! This could be a pro or a con depending on what kind of ambience you prefer.
I'll definitely be eating here again soon! Thank you for the fantastic service and food.
