This restaurant should take notes from a Joeys or Cactus Club on customer service. Our waitress had no social skills and was borderline rude. The food was good and restaurant was nice but for a $300 meal I would expect much better service. Definitely wouldn't return to this location

Overall the experience was good. The lobster tail is extremely small, a vegetable would have been nice to go along with it when ordered on its own. The service was a little slow toward the end, waited a bit for another drink as well as when it came time to pay. So that was a little disappointing.

The server was pleasant. Food was good. The steaks were a little more done than we wanted. I asked for a medium and received more of a medium well. Another member wanted a medium and received a medium well. Other than that, it was all delicious

We took our Daughter to Chop for a Valentine's Day Dinner and enjoyed the food and service. Our Server did an awesome job checking in on us and making sure our food came out the way we like it.

Valentines day, was very busy. With a reservation we ended up in lounge so we tried to get corner booth but was told it was reserved for a group but only 2 people ended up there. Not a great start. The food and service was really good . My partner really liked her meal. Mine was good.

Two steaks with sides and 4 cocktails, with top was $245. Date specifically asked for medium rare filet, came out well done -- most likely as she has to be wrapped in bacon. Didn't bother complaining as date did not want to. Food was fine, but did not feel like a high end steak house. I had the new york and it was one of the thinnest steaks I have had in a long time. Anyways, was fine but really no different than say the Keg.

The experience itself was good. We usually take my dad here for his January Birthday. Food was great, though one of the steaks wasn't great, the rest was excellent. What frustrated me was that i had given a paragraph of instructions regarding our party that either did not get through, or was not read. We had two toddlers. I requested a high chair plus booster seat and a table for 6 adult's plus the kids. None of that was ready. The waitress was scrabbling around, trying to get in our requests and if my husband had of come we would have been short a chair too. Why does the form ask for specifics if its not used or read? Please get this straightened out for your future guests.

The service quality was sporadic, timing was off when she did show up. Seemed a little disorganized, lots just standing around or walking over each other, drinks are empty and you're just sitting there wondering. Nice waitress though good at making hot air but insincerity is palpable. Probably won't go back. Food was mediocre and not competitive with the keg though I assumed they would be. Have some work to do. Each to their own.

we added chicken to our cesar salads... we got like 1/3rd of a chicken breast. disappointing. the rest of the meal was lovely.

Very good service, from our server to the manager who introduced herself as we were first time visitors. It was our anniversary and they bought us a dessert to share. Our server was genuinely interested in providing good service. The food came quickly, and the roast beef was awesome. The veggies were OK, but that was not an issue
