The two ladies working there are never welcoming at all. It always feels like they are unhappy to be there. They don’t even acknowledge their customers. I got a veggie burrito bowl with falafel. That’s my go to order. Today, the falafel tasted half cooked and I called to provide feedback but the lady on the call wasn’t receptive to it and instead hung up on me while I was talking. Worst Burrito Bowl location. Would recommend skipping this location and going to a different location instead. Also, the bowl was drenched in the burrito sauce when I asked them to just put a little bit of it. There was just sauce and very little actual toppings and food. I have noticed their quantity is way smaller than the other locations!

Yesterday, I visited this location for the first time because of National Day. This location was really busy, I waited 10-15 minutes in line. Two girls were working, and both of them are really-really fast. I don’t know how to explain both are working like robots. I was impressed 😊by the food presentation, and burrito-making skills are top-notch, every ingredient was perfectly portioned, and the wrap was tightly rolled. I highly recommend this place to everyone.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in today around 6pm for take out order. The lady who helped me Sukpreet (I don’t know if I spelled her name right I apologize if I got it wrong) she’s very friendly and nice. Very patient and helpful with me since it was my first barburrito food ever. Food was great. It was a very pleasant experience after a long tired day of work. Keep up the good work guys!

Worst experience ever. The two ladies were making it so so quick without even thinking how much to put and when i asked her to add extra sauce she added so much extra that its just sauce burrito, she was rude and didn’t even talk properly. If i am asking her to add anything she keeps making faces.
