I ordered yesterday from skip(16/08/2024) like nearly at 7.20pm. Swear to god never had that worse burrito for the first half it lettuce and jalapeños and for the next half it was rice and uncooked beans. Ok understood able I order bean veggie burrito but I expected veggies too not just lettuce,rice and beans. I appreciate the hard work but at least don’t take frustration on customers food they paid for that stuff not having free of cost. Even you can’t offer extra sauce on the side it was clearly mention in the instruction I asked for the same sauce which I got in my burrito if it says 2 sauce I stick to 2 sauce but asked the same sauce little bit more.

The best bar burrito in YEG!!!! Staff are great and literally saved my life! I had unknowingly ordered a non gluten free meat for my gluten free burrito and the staff member caught the mistake before I could leave! Beyond thankful for this.

I have been a regular, average 3x a week, customer here for a long time. During the last few months there has been a noticeable decline in the food quality, portion size, and particularly in customer service.Today I arrived 8 minutes after my stated online order pickup time, and was informed by the staff that she hadn’t begun my order yet. She then proceeded to pull her phone out her pocket to take a personal call for 2 minutes. After handling her phone and face, she went on to prepare food until I asked her to change gloves. If this type of disregard for customers and sanitation goes on in full view, I would really hate to see their food safety practices behind closed doors.
