I had an amazing experience at this BarBurrito! I came to know there is a recent change in ownership & that has made impact i guess . The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The variety of options on the menu catered to all tastes, from classic burritos to innovative bowls. The ingredients were top-quality, and you could tell everything was prepared with care. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're craving delicious, Mexican-inspired food, This BarBurrito is the place to go! Highly recommend! Definitely coming back .

I understand that a fast food chain isn’t expected to provide a fine dining experience, but the service here was truly disappointing. There was no greeting, no smile, and not even a simple ‘thank you.’ When you’re preparing and serving food that nourishes people, your energy matters. The portions were incredibly small, barely a tablespoon of meat as if it was coming out of her paycheck. It was my first time coming here, I will not be back.

Quite possibly the worst location in Edmonton. How do none of the staff know how to wrap a Burrito when Burrito is in the name of the place they are working at…. please train your staff properly!

When this location first opened they were amazing. Since than the service has taken a huge decline. All the staff are friendly and kind, that is not the problem. However, most of the time they are out of a certain thing meaning you probably won't get exactly what you wanted. Today I had to order for my whole family, three bowls and one burrito. I get that it was a lot to do at once but the lady working absolutely rushed through making it all giving barely any protein and way to many beans. The lady also was sprinkling on the veggies. I understand this is technically "fast food" but I seriously don't understand why she had to go so incredibly fast, it resulted in a very sloppy job overall. The portions also have been dropped as in they do not give you as much as when they first opened (the price is still the same). Overall, I would go to a different location than this one as this location seems to be on a steady decline.
