Came with my husband for dinner. We’ve been to other locations before and the food is always so good! This visit was made even more amazing by the wonderful young man behind the counter. He was personable, polite, and he made my husband smile which never happens. And he even slipped a little note in with our food making it even more special. We’ll be back to this location as regulars.
I ordered the Bam Bam Shrimp bowl online. When I arrived at my pickup time, it was busy. A few people in line, plus delivery order people coming in and out. There were only 2 staff members working from what I saw. I waited at the online order pickup spot... and waited.. and waited. Finally a worker acknowledged I was waiting and told me he'd be a couple of minutes. When he came around, the lady behind me waiting was upset. The staff member apologized that our orders...
