I don’t usually post reviews but this time I was really disappointed by the food quality and quantity, I ordered a shawarma combo , chicken shawarma was very dry and it had black crusts inside the sandwich, came with fries that were stuck together lol got 5 fries stuck together and also super dry ! I got the tawook sandwich and it had NO SAUCE INSIDE not to mention that it tasted and looked exactly like the shawarma. Spend $38 and literally went to the garbage 😬

My dining experience at Basha Donair was truly amazing! From nice and clean place, welcoming staff and most especially the quality of foods they offer. Their Taxi fries was amazing, it's a must try! Veryyyy recommended.

I love the donairs here. I am not sure what is happening but in the month of September 2025 I have traveled to this location 5 times hoping to get a donair to find they are closed when they are supposed to be open. Yesterday September 25th at 11:30 am the door was locked when the sign on the door says open at 10 am. As this has happened to me several times previously i have begun purposefully coming to this location much later than opening in an effort to arrive hoping they are open. Example: Sunday opens at 12pm I come at 12:45pm and find they are still closed. I know stuff happens in life but 5 times in a single month?

There was too much pickles on my shawarma. I have ordered take out and when I opened the shawarma I was surprised to see the whole shawarma was filled with too much pickles. The Shawarma was inedible.

Best donairs in Edmonton period!!! I have tried lots in Edmonton and no one else compares to how good these guys are at donairs. Great portions, best Donair meat and these guys care about how they make their food. I’m from Fort McMurray where donairs are born 😂 and these guys can compete with our local donairs for sure, no one else in Edmonton can say that!!! My Edmonton go to place for donairs now. 👌
