Had my wife pick up an Ashley’s hangover LARGE donair for the hockey game. VERY disappointed in the size of it. I have had this exact same order from this exact same location many times….. DO NOT order ahead over the phone…. It will be small. DO NOT order it through an app it will be small. My work crew ordered ahead of time by phone(I told them they are big and delicious) and we got them they were much smaller than usual…. Something tells me that when no ones watching someone might be “saving money” at our expense. I feel when my wife said it was for my spouse that the same thing happened like sending your wife to the tire shop to get taken advantage of. A large donair should be filling for a regular adult!!!! This is the reason we have boycotted prime time donair I do not want to have to do it to this place as well. Buyer beware !!!

Very rude behaviour of staff. I am uber driver. I came here to pick an order . They tasked me to for 5-6 minutes. When I ask them to use washroom they refuse me to give keys and told me that their boss instructed them for that . It’s not a public washroom. But I think when I am working as uber driver and supplying their order to customers then your behaviour should not be like this . Very bad behaviour and slow service

I love basha. I always got leduc or downtown but ordered skip from this one and they forgot half my toppings put next to nothing for sweet sauce, the garlic that was suppose to be in it and it was in a cup on the side it. For basha I was very disappointed
