Ordered on skip, paid 30 dollars for two small shawarma. Asked for veggies and sauce and the wrap was dry and had barely any veggies or sauce. Called the location and was given a frosty “ you should have asked for more veggies and sauce “ and then asked if there’s “ anything else ?”
Won’t be going back.

The staff is the nicest of any Basha donair I've been too. The Donair is amazing reminds me of Halifax donair..
Thank you and keep up the good work

Ordered a “large”Donair combine with poutine for $23 and the portion is small at best. The Donair is smaller than expected and the upgraded poutine came in small as well. Not with the money.

If you ever find yourself in Basha Donaire Jagare Ridge, you simply must try the Donaire Poutine. It’s one of a kind and absolutely delicious. Ms. Doreene, the chef, serves it with love, and it’s a real treat. We traveled all the way from Dubai. It’s so different and so good, it’s a must-try! We’ll definitely be back for more! 👌🏼

Recently took out a chicken shawarma combo during the night and it was surprisingly delicious. One thing despite of asking to make it spicy it wasn’t that spicy at all but overall it tasted really good. The fries were also nice and well seasoned with salt and pepper I guess. Not a bad combo deal for 14-15$. The reason for givin em 4 and not 5 is that my wrap wasn’t properly wrapped and the first bite I took everything scattered around and yes it wasn’t because of the transportation since the whole time the wrap was carefully place in my lunchbox I had. Overall, I would definitely return to this place, the food will call me back for sure!

The place is the best place for donairs, made with fresh ingredients. I also order the large onion rings and they are always crispy right to the end.

If I could give minus-zero Stars on the taste and quality of the food I would. This donair absolutely 1000% was disgusting. I ate it because my buddy paid for it and I didn't want to disrespect him and his wallet.
This donair in my opinion belongs in the garbage simple.
I left this review a week ago or so and clearly you can see what their customer service is all about. They didn't even reach out to me or even leave a comment. You guys extremely need to do better and your food needs to be better as well. Take this as a learning curve and think positive. Maybe try new things. Listen to your customers. Always listen to your customers because customers is King. I bet you they're still not going to get back LOL. That's just how their customer service is because they don't care clearly. Actions speak a lot in the words and seeing it is believing.

The meat is very boring, very bland. There's no taste or flavor. I'm a chef. I've been in the culinary industry for over 25 years. Also have family in the pizza and donair industry for over 30 years from Nova Scotia where the donaire was first born in 1973 by a Greek guy named Peter last name starts with a g. However I can't pronounce it because it's so long LOL.
Anyways, they didn't even know the history of donairs lol.

Another donair shop that does everything wrong.
A true Nova Scotia traditional donair comes with the donair meat left in strips, not chopped up White onion and tomato diced not sliced. The donair sauce not sweet sauce as Alberta people call it but their real name is called donair sauce. Instead of scooping it as you're supposed to, that's the original traditional way. They put it in squeeze bottles like every other stupid donair shop in Edmonton. Donair sauce is supposed to be thick and creamy, not runny That you don't even see the donair sauce on your donair it just makes everything so soggy.

I asked her can you dice those up the proper way please she really didn't want to. Then she went to the back grab some tomatoes that were not even diced. They were cut into chunks. Not customer service at all. If your customer asks you to dice them up, dice them up.
People don't know nothing about customer service. People need to know customer is King.
It's not about you so if a customer has a request and you're capical of doing it, why not? Stop being so lazy.

I will never ever ever ever go here again. Customer service is all about continuous business and they're not going to get my business and why they're not getting my continuous business because they don't know nothing about customer service. Clearly they don't care they need to educate themselves.

My go-to place for donairs is donair Bros up in Terwilliger.

Their donaires are actually really good You can actually taste the spices and all the flavors inside their meat unlike Basha, donaire and shawarma.

Simply donair is actually good too. Also Amean donair is really good as well,
Primetime donair sucks I've been hearing for years that swis donair what's good?

When you walk into a pizza and donair place and you see Lebanese owners and Lebanese workers. You know 99% of the time is going to be delicious.

However every time I walk into a donair place and it's not a Lebanese person running the place or owning the place or working them place is always mediocre.

Even my buddy said who paid for it said their donair sucks this time. It's really disgusting. It's boring, no flavor. The last time he came there it was really delicious. But this time sucks.

The food is so fresh! I would add a picture of the wrap, but I ate it way too fast! Haha! So close to a perfect experience with wonderful service. The only thing that was odd was the mixture of grand-standing Gospel music and animal blooper video playing on the TV. Listening to the finale of a serious musical while watching Toucan Sam on someone's kitchen counter playing catch or surfer babies is a bit discombobulating for a Shawarma joint. Still, the food is a 10.
