Watched the server dump water glasses into a water jug then continued to serve that water out to other customers.

As good as the food is here.. and it's the best in town, a waitress took water glasses from a table and dumped it back in a water pitcher and then filled my glass with it...don't ask for a water refill!

As someone who has been to Beijing House buffet many times I was disappointed today being there for lunch. The food was cold, the coconut hot and sour soup which is my favorite had been pretty much cleaned out of any vegetables or other accoutrements. Some of the entrees were cold or near room temperature and haphazardly prepared. That said as always the service was top notch. And the atmosphere much better than most Chinese buffet restaurants. Still, good service and atmosphere doesn't make up for the terrible food quality we came across today. I'll be leaving this review up until I know this isn't going to be a normal thing with them.

Just had a meal after 3P.M and the food was ok but very very cold. Told 3 different servers about it and they smiled and did not do anything about it. They have to turn up the heat on their warmers for the food to be hot. Very disapointed in the COLD FOOD FOR OUR VALENTINES MEAL AND THEY DID NOT SEEM TO CARE

Went there for lunch got there 1pm. My bday and I love this place. My food was so cold! They only replenished the noodles and spring rolls. Was a really disappointing bday lunch

Very okay and serves a specific purpose. If you need a spot to eat where you can get in quickly and eat quickly, but you don't want fast foods, it works. However, the good is quite bland, pretty small variety for a buffet, and it seemed like they couldn't keep the trays full for long. Servers were great at bringing drinks and checking us out quickly though.

I hadn't been here in years, so decided to try it again with a friend. The service is excellent and the restaurant is very clean as well. Refills of water and pop came at light speed. The food was good but not very hot, which was disappointing. The selection of food and sauces was great. A solid three star as Dinner Prices start too early and some of the food was not as hot as it could have been. Still worth check out but go well before 2:30pm unless you like paying dinner rates.

The food was amazing!!! The service was fantastic!!! The dessert was amazing!!! The price is a bit high, but leave full!! And drinks are seperate from the buffet. Only problem was the buffet area. The food stand and dessert stand were too close together, we were bumping and of course no direction so we ended up colliding. Also, the ice cream stand was in a small area and again to close to the food and dessert area, so we were bumping. I suggest taking out a sitting area to put the dessert and ice cream away from the food. Otherwise, I'd definitely be back!!! Thank you!!!

We really appreciate her. We are always happy to see her because her service is perfect. She has a big heart and she is always so kind.

Love this place, it was my first time having dinner here and I really enjoyed it. The food was fantastic, the service is top notch ans the environment is so good. Ill be back for sure and I'll let my friends know as well to be sure to visit. I recommend this place for its buffet, good services and atmosphere.
