Terrible service. You ask for some water and you get told to use the water fountain. They brought us nuts from the bar which were old and expired as yet nobody cared to taste the food you're serving to your customers. What ever happened to #true hospitality services where hotels and staff actually cared ?! Coming from a Director of Hospitality Services I'd never offer something that was expired or tell my customers to go get the water from a water station. If you're not happy at serving then don't do it because first impressions are the the ones that matters the most!! Just realize that you are the face of the brand you're representing!!! The True Hospitality definition: Treat others how you want to be treated and taste your food before you serve to your customers just as you'd like to experience. Be kind to your customers unless you don't care about them returning.

No one is paying to park to come to your bar. Shame as it would have nice views

Chicken wings were super dry and over fried like a chips. Others were okay but no super. And few unmatched side sauces. Only for the view recommended this place but not for the food.

Pretty typical hotel lounge. I thought it was great they had some local craft beers available (from a can not of tap ?). I had a prime rib burger and it was solid to good. Still flavorful and juicy. The sweet potato fries believe it or not are what really were memorable. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy in and had such a strong distinct sweetness. Service was solid as well!

over priced, rooms hot & a/c not working, ice machines only work on 2 floors and was given room key to already occupied room (embarrassing!!).

Nice hotel lounge. Comfy chairs. Long time employee Lily is the highlight of this place. She is great.

One food item was average at best, the nachos. The ceaser salad, the person i was with said tasted "off" and after a few bites i agreed. We were BOTH sick later that night and next day from it.Dirty cutleryService, not terrible but not good. Alcoholic drinks, subpar.... the only good thing was the view

Great jams, awesome musicians, need more seating and staff during Jazzfest.
Ordered a couple items through room service at Chateau Lacombe. The French onion soup has great potential ... The soup itself was very flavorful but the cheese was a flavour mismatch. Also had a spinach and beet salad which would have been alright accept that the 'crisp check peas' were soft, and for a salad with too much dressing, there just wasnt enough flavour.
