Ben's Meats & Deli - new location. As always, so many delicious and wonderful things. An entire wall of gluten free items! Even yummy bones for the pups. Let's just say I happily left a chunk of my wallet there and managed to pick up some gifts for others as well. Gorgeous new store, great location with lots of parking and easy access. 184 st and 105th avenue. Now excuse me while I go eat my cheese. 😊

A Local Gem Worth Visiting Ben’s Meats & Deli on 184th St. is a little gem that everyone in Edmonton needs to try. The place was packed when we went, and it’s easy to see why — everything in the deli case looked so fresh and well taken care of. My sandwich was fantastic, and the two wraps my boys had were just as good.
I also had the chance to meet the owner, and you can tell right away how much pride he takes in running this family business. He was kind, welcoming, and really attentive to his store. That family touch shows in the quality and care of everything they do.
It’s rare to find family businesses that still shine like this, but Ben’s truly does. Great food, great people — definitely worth the visit!

Such a great place. For celiacs, it’s like heaven! So many options and their food at the cafe is all gluten free. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many choices: chicken strips, poutine, tons of desserts, and much more. Dave the owner is so friendly too! 5 stars
