I haven't been here in a while but ill be back and I highly recommend this place ... good ol bens meats I don't see goimg anywhere anytime soon because it is a good meat / Deli shop

He is such a great human and in my opinion one of the best business owners around. the staff at Ben's are friendly and willing to help with any questions. In my opinion this place carries the lagest and best selection of Gluten-free products in the city. From Lazognia to twinkies and mini doughnuts they have everything ❤️. Dave should win an award for offering the best customer service and best meat shop in the city. Love, Love love it there.

My favorite store for gluten-free products. Never had something that wasn't excellent taste and quality. Saturday mornings get fresh mini gluten-free donuts. Best gluten-free poutine ever. Wish it was a better location but still worth the drive in.

Wow! I finally made my first trip out to Ben's Meats and Deli and my only regret is not going sooner. It is gluten free heaven! The owner is celiac and has other family members who are also celiac so they take gluten free seriously. All of their in-house processed meats are gluten free including sausages, pepperoni, donair meat, etc. And I have never seen such a selection of frozen gluten free foods. I came home with gf donair pizza, gf spring rolls, gf donair meat, gf wraps, gf perogies, gf lasagna, gf chicken pot pie, gf breaded chicken, gf weiners, and a couple gf sausages. Plus they have a few hot items and sandwiches for very reasonable prices. The owner was very knowledgeable and kind and all the staff were great. Now I just need to come back on a Saturday when they have their gluten free mini donuts. Excellent butcher shop all around with amazing gluten free options.
