I’ve ordered takeout twice in the last 2 weeks from Best Bite. What a great find in Windermere! My husband got the donair which was huge, with a generous portion of meat, and said it was amazing. We also tried their pizza and it’s some of the best in the city! Lots of toppings and cheese. Fantastic value.

I’ve never felt embarrassed for food before. But this was embarrassing... I ordered a large chicken and donair salad, it was literally a box of lettuce. And some chicken (they forgot the donair meat). Zero customer service to boot, walked in to a guy leaning on the counter with his back towards me for a couple mins, before a guy from the back came and asked for my order. I took the food home, opened the box and saw a box of lettuce. It was the most embarrassing and dissatisfying meal of my life. I’m not exaggerating.

Extremely shifty food and unacceptable demeanor. Food was not ready according to the predicted pickup time and no apology given. The only thing given was attitude.

Moreover, the pizza was RAW!!!! The centre part was far from being done and had almost cheezy texture. It was GROSS! No apology again when pointed out over the phonecall, and rather had an extremely rude, and self-justified demeanor, yelling at the customer. He asked me if I was was trying to pick up a fight with him and said he's not God as nobody's perfect. ????
