We went here for dinner and would return! Our service was excellent! The food was all great as well. I enjoyed the mocktail options and they had a big wine and liquor list! It's loud in there but you can still talk with your table! Also, safe place for celiacs

Came here for lunch, near to my hotel and phenomenal reviews. Did not disappoint! Had the Campanelle Aragosta, was incredible!

My family took me to this restaurant for my birthday this week. Myself and my daughter are both celiac, and we came for the pasta, understanding this restaurant has amazing gluten free pasta. Imagine our disappointment when our server came back to our table after taking our orders that they are OUT OF GF PASTA! The only option was gf pizza, or risotto. We came for pasta. I want the owner to know, this isn’t a preference. We research restaurants for this reason, and we honestly considered cancelling our orders and walking over to sorrentinos. The server wasn’t super apologetic, but she did bring me a free gelato to appease which we appreciate. But that’s not what we came for. What was to be a delicious Italian meal out, turned into disappointment because of lack of planning and care to ensure you have ingredients to accommodate your guests who have dietary restrictions. Again, this isn’t a choice for us. Seriously? You can’t keep gf pasta in stock? It’s not hard to find at the grocery store. And why did the manager not even come to our table? No apology - no nothing. Don’t think we will be back.

We booked Bianco before dinner at the symphony. Everyone we interacted with from the person who called to confirm our reservation to the time that we left was welcoming, kind and helpful.

Our starters were the Polpette di Pomodoro (meatballs) and the Calamari. Both were delicious and quite filling. These would be great dishes to share at the table for a group. There were several other appetizers on the menu that were being shared at nearby tables and enjoyed (judging by how quickly they disappeared :) Our entrees were the lamb shank and the ragu bolognese with rose sauce. The crispy risotto cake with the lamb was perfect. The ragu didn't contain much meat which tends to be the case in North America. An ideal combo would be to have the meatballs served with the pasta for an incredible meal.
All in all, it was a good meal with a lovely server and great staff all around. The only thing you should be aware of is that it is a loud environment both from the music and the conversations. It was very busy on a Saturday night but service was good and the food didn't seem to be delayed given how busy in the kitchen was.

Ive gone here twice with a year in between, the first time i had gone everyone had ordered the pasta and shared one of the pizzas. We had agreed that the pasta was bland but the pizza was better, so overall the food just was not as good as we expected based on reviews we have seen on social media. I came again recently in hopes that the food would be better, so my friend and I that had gone the year prior both got the same pizza but mine had come out cold while my friends was warm. I didn’t complain as we were a big party but now regretting that decision. At the end the waitress had inaccurately split everyones bill as i had compared receipts with my friends and we had different totals. We then compared with others to see if they had gotten the shared appetizer split wrong and at least one other had to pay more than everyone else. By the time the waitress had come over to my friend and I, half of us had already paid so she said she would add our totals together then split it evenly since there was nothing she could do which was disappointing…

I and my family had been coming here multiple times. Last night, we had a fantastic dining experience! Great selection of drinks; accommodating to allergies. The food hit right to the spot; comforting. The burrata, manzo, gelato and pistachio chocolate tart are must tries! Service was impeccable. We were not rushed all throughout from entry to finish. Thank you for having us and for a wonderful birthday celebration!

Normally pasta is processed and makes you feel bad the next day. This was the cleanest and most delicious Italian food I've had in years.

We came back another night on our trip and it was just as fantastic. Everything we have tried has been unbelievable!

We came to Bianco for Dinner with a group of 6 and from our entrance to goodbyes, this was as perfect of a visit as I can imagine. The staff here is beyond accommodating and helpful. The food is simply some of the best Italian dishes I've tried. From Pizza to apps to amazing pastas.. we shared it all during dinner, and all of it was amazing. I cannot wait to go back.

I visited this restaurant around 8 PM last Thursday(sep 4) . I ordered their signature dish, the squid ink pasta, but to my surprise, the noodles were undercooked — which is unacceptable for a dish they promote as their specialty.
Worse still, I didn’t even get a chance to bring it up with the staff. Not once did any server come by to check how the food was or ask if everything was okay.
In the end, I had to ask for a takeaway box and re-cook the pasta myself at home. Very disappointing experience overall.
