My bestie and I STRUTTED through those doors like Beyoncé entering the Renaissance Tour — hair blowing, lights shining, imaginary fans screaming — and before our heels even hit the floor, BOOM! We were greeted like the queens of the century. The bartender? A literal sunbeam in human form! That smile could power an entire city grid. She waved, she sparkled, she SERVED. I clutched my pearls and said, “Oh she’s working, honey!”
Then — Pilsner jugs on special. You KNOW I live for a special. We ordered one faster than you can say ‘two for one, baby!’ and when it arrived? I nearly fainted. It was golden perfection, bubbling like it had a personal soundtrack. The foam? So creamy it deserved its own fan club. The glasses? BLINDING. Walked in, made eye contact with server, sat down and got ignored for 20 minutes while she chatted with some male customers. Finally got fed up and left. Considering there was only 2 other tables in the restaurant , pretty crazy that we were ignored. Guess we’re not the clientele the server wanted to cater to. First time and last time here.
