I waited a few minutes for the order, but they didn’t give it to me because there was no special pizza bag. However, there was no information that they didn’t have parking where I could leave my car. I had to park two kilometers away and walk. Then they told me I had to go get a thermal bag to put the pizza in — another two kilometers back. I canceled the order and messaged the customer to explain the situation.

We met the owner of this restaurant when they did a food truck at Folding Mountain Brewery. Was great food there and his restaurant on Jasper was even better. I'm bit of a foody, especially when it comes to pizza, and it was great. Salad was also awesome and was a quite a large portion. Overall a great value as well. I did have to remind the server that she missed charging us for our drinks. Also, I prefer some parchment paper or similar for under the left-over pizza so that I don't have to taste the cardboard the next day. Great place for quality casual dining.

I'm a little obsessed with the green machine pizza - I've had it many times now, but the last couple times I picked it up on a Friday night, it was made to perfection. Thank you to the staff who suggested swapping the mozza with vegan cream cheese... it was delicious. Props to your current chef and appreciate the awesome service!

Loved the place the pizzas were pretty good and the attention was Amazing we had this gorgeous and super sweet sever I think her name was Mikayla sorry if I’m wrong, but gave us good recommendations on beers and wines that I loved definitely coming back!!!

Such good pizza, Birch & Bear never disappoints! The pizzas are massive and always well cooked with nice thin crust. My fave is the mushroom, goat cheese, & leek, the garlic aioli really puts that one over the top. Though if you're a meat-eater, their pepperoni is a classic. The Jasper Ave location is more of a take out spot, but there are tables if you feel like sticking around.

Get the potato pizza! It’s great! Gf and I had it about a week ago and I was really happy with it. Server was also really kind and good service. Also they’re selection of craft soda made in BC was good as well
Went here for a lunch date! I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and they were EASILY able to accommodate for this and the pizza was delicious!! Dairy free pizza is pretty hard to master but this will easily be my go to!
Staff were extremely nice and so sweet. There was a small mistake made but they quickly fixed and and went above and beyond to rectify.
10/10 overall. You won’t regret going here!

From not listening to our order to thinking its acceptable to having to wait 45 minutes for the meal at 60 dollar with little to no toppings. Save your money and go to domino's.
