Portions are tiny for the price but their product was fresh. They contacted me anout of experience saturday, on monday. I was asked to.give them 2 days to look into the issue. As of the end of 2 days later....NOTHING, no resolution and not even a request for more time. Almost as bad as Tim Hortons. Almost a week, no follow up. Just empty words of resolution.

Service was horrible which ruined my evening. Was there on a Wednesday evening so they were not busy, but the service was awful, the waitress kept apologizing but still continued to provide horrible serivce throughout the entire dinner....

First time eating at Blanco Cantina (for my mom's birthday). I had a little rocky start at Blanco's - the tacos I had first ordered I didn't like. Everyone enjoyed the other tacos and burrito and salad. BUT then the manager came to the table and REALLY STEPPED UP!! He replaced my tacos very quickly. I really enjoyed the Diablo Tacos. Then the manager gave us shooters and gave us a free dessert, the churro chips. They are a must have! The service turnaround and having a manager that cared made a big difference. Props to him and his team for making it right!! Thank you for a great birthday experience, mom had a good time!

Arrived 10 mins before our reservation and since it was slow, they seated us right away. Waitress was attentive and staff overall friendly. We got the infamous table side guacamole, salt & pepper wings and nachos. Guac is always perfectly made. Wings were seasoned + cooked very well; also beefy! Nachos were a let down, the queso sauce overpowered the entire dish we were only able to eat the chips bordering the plate; hence overall review of 4 stars.

This was my first time going after a recommendation from a friend that enjoys the establishment. Checked out google reviews and was happy to seet the positive reviews and ratings. I would've given 4.5 stars, but it only goes in full numbers. 5 stars from me happens after repeat business with repeat consistent experiences. BUT I do plan on going back to soak it up again. Staff were super nice and very helpful with both their food and drink menu knowledge, as well as service; they got a 5. Food was good, atmosphere was good, 4 in the moment. Great selection on the menus I look forward to trying out. I just threw a 4 out there for Value, was good. Using open table for the initial reservation and to tweak it later was really straight forward, except for reservation check-in texting the day before; I found that just calling Blanco to confirm easier and they were fast and polite on the phone.

Food was good. Our server was very attentive. Music was way too loud; when the restaurant is full and there's lots of conversation and laughter, the music should be down. Made it difficult to visit and that was disappointing.
