I ordered a create-your-own vegetarian pizza through the Blaze Pizza mobile app. When I received it, I was shocked to see chicken on my pizza. As a vegetarian, this is completely unacceptable. I immediately spoke to the staff—at first, they just looked at me, and only after I pointed it out did they acknowledge the mistake. This is not a small issue; mixing meat into a vegetarian order is a serious problem that shows a lack of care and attention.
I expected better quality control and respect for customer dietary choices. This experience has made me lose trust in ordering from here again.

After years of declining quality and consistency in pizza restaurants/chains, I previously enjoyed. I was led to believe there was no longer any good pizza in all of Edmonton. I’ve been trying pizza here for years always with an eyebrow raised, skeptical and ready to critique but the pizza was phenomenal as well as the service. Thank you to the chef Jam for proving we still have good pizza in Edmonton. (Ps: get a drizzle of pesto on your regular order, brings it from a 10/10 to an 11/10)
