Environment is lovely. THE LATTE was delicious. My issue is why did it take 2 girls almost 30 min to make 2 drinks????they took our orders and literally walked into the back. We had to get their attention to TELL THEM WE'VE BEEN WAITING 20 MIN. it was weird. Nobody else in the store. Just me and another lady. It was not cool

My boyfriend had ordered me a small honey oat black tea latte (5.30). We were charged for a small latte with oat milk (6.27). When I had pointed out this simple mistake the lady at the counter had argued with me instead of understanding what I said. The other gentleman making the drinks heard what I said and made me the right one but I still didn’t get the difference in price back. It’s only a dollar but it’s disappointing the cashier argued with me and didn’t try to make amends.

Really good drink but never came back because of the mean barista. Funny thing is the owner only replied to good reviews which means they allow staff to be mean?
Very expensive and just ok. Had a sample of cappuccino but the barista told us it had been on the counter for a couple of hours?. Uhh...yuck

I came to Blenz because I really wanted to try the nitro cold brew. However when I went I was told the machine has been down for some time while.
I got a regular cold brew and a muffin. The coffee itself was really good and the cranberry orange muffin I had tasty.
However my experience was dampened by the fact I wasn't able to get my nitro cold brew, the reason for my trip to begin with.
Staff was friendly, food/drink was good, but the fact one of their unique product offerings wasn't available was disappointing. If you are visiting Blenz specifically to try a nitro cold brew, keep this in mind.

Met up with some friends for a coffee but since I’ve cut off my afternoon coffee I opted for the matcha latte instead and it was delicious! We all enjoyed our drinks. Nice presentation with the heart, our barista was super nice ! It was quite busy and he just kept his orders going smoothly!
Parking: Lots of free parking available in the Canterra complex and there is also a security patrol in the complex which was nice to see as unfortunately downtown is a bit sketchy even during the day you have to pay attention and be careful.
Wheelchair accessibility: Indoors is somewhat wheelchair accessible, there is a high counter table just as you enter the premises and I found that it obstructs the entrance making it harder to maneuver if you were in a wheelchair. There are counters that face out but none of those are wheelchair height.There is an outdoor seating space but it can be quite loud with all the traffic on 109 Street and Jasper Ave. On the day I visited there was a doomsday preacher right on the corner of the sidewalk so it was quite loud.
