They are terrible at paying attention to detail.. who knows what they even put in all the food. We specifically asked for no bacon the whole salad came with bacon and all the manger said was sorry and can't do anything about it. Bravo!!!

2025 update- just went again and everything was underwhelming. Food was ok but boring. Mussels were overdone. The service was friendly but hardly showed up. Had to waive them down to order, for refill of water, to get utensils, etc. at 5pm, it was not busy so no excuse for the lack of attention. don’t need to go back.

2022-Had a great night here tonight! Thanks to our server, Dallas, we had excellent recommendations to try the ultimate chowder and fish and chips. She was so friendly and made us feel welcome the whole night. Took off one star only because we were freezing in our booth and the live music was way too loud for any table who wanted to have conversation. Will definitely be back!

Fun atmosphere with good service.

We didn’t love what we got off the menu though. I had the raspberry cordial gin drink and it was sickly sweet. My friend got the pizza and the bottom of the crust was soggy and she said the taste was just okay.

Just went for some lunch with my husband, we got a couple ice teas, the glasses are not clean, my husband ordered the poutine as he has had a craving for some good poutine and we thought this was the perfect place to go, nope, barely any fries maybe 6 or 7 small cheese curds, gravy was good but the portion was complete bs. I had the chicken nachos, they were great. Sever was not great, she didn’t ask us how are food was, barely spoke to us until it was time to pay. Will not be back.

We loved the fish tacos, the og halifax donair and the salads. Everything tasted so fresh and well prepared. The place had some nice setup and good vibes until the karaoke began. The song selections for karaoke was extremely inappropriate and was making it super uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. Kindly pay attention to cater to all kinds of guests and do not please promote “songs”that is just curse and abusive language.

Surprise! $12.95 for a 20 oz. Guinness. That’s one swallow more than a pint. If it had been $9.95, I still would have been shocked. I’ll never casually order a beer anywhere without first confirming the price again. This may be market value, but I don’t care. If prices like this are the new normal, I’ll be inviting friends to my place and drinking beer at home. Otherwise, seemed like a nice place. The server was attentive.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kaylee during my recent visit, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, Kaylee’s warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. She took the time to explain the menu in detail, offering excellent recommendations based on our preferences, and her knowledge of the dishes was impressive.

What really stood out was her attentiveness. She checked in at just the right moments, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Kaylee’s friendly and genuine nature made the dining experience truly enjoyable, and her upbeat personality added an extra touch of charm to our meal. She was also incredibly efficient—our food arrived promptly, and she made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I could tell that Kaylee truly cares about her guests, and her exceptional service made our experience unforgettable. I will definitely be requesting her again on my next visit!
