The food, drink and hospitality was like none other, we haven't been out to fine dining just the two of us (my partner and I) in a really long time, and it was even more special to be served by our friend, Gonzo! This was my first time at this location, and I really enjoyed the ambience. It's a very intimate and romantic vibe, perfect for date night!

This was my first time at this location and I have to say I think itâs my favourite! Super tiny but didnât feel over crowded. Our server was so great and made excellent recommendations for wine and food. I will be back for sure!

Arrived on time for our 8:30 reservation. We were greeted warmly & shown to our table. And then it all fell apart. Thirty minutes later we were still waiting for our first drink. Food didn't materialize until 45 minutes after our arrival. Imagine you have ordered Tapas and the dishes finally arrive, not together, but in serial fashion separated by so much time the first offering is finished before the next dish is delivered. At about an hour in we decided to leave. The final dish arrived & we put it in a doggie bag, closed our tab & left. While we were cooling our heels, one of the wait staff busied herself moving chairs & tables beside us but never acknowledged our presence. What a pity, a special occasion compromised. Not recommended & we won't return even though this is our neighbourhood restaurant.

Great food and great service. I had a window seat which was nice, however the it felt very cramped. The window curtain was touching me and my date the whole time and it felt like I was part of the conversation with the table next to me as it was so close quarters. The food and service were both amazing though! Definitely recommend the bacon wrapped dates (coming from someone who hates dates usually)

We arrived for a reservation and got told that they moved our table from inside to outside (mid-October, chilly temperatures). All the while there was an empty table for 2 inside - we had to ask âhow about that one?â. The hostess begrudgedly set it for us, she was behaving as if she was annoyed. Not a great start to celebrating our anniversary. Our actual waitress was good, the food was typical. Not a single staff member offered a âhappy anniversaryâ even though it was noted on our open table reservation.

Amazing. Wife and I came here on a whim and we were both floored by how good the food is. The lobster risotto is by far the best risotto Iâve ever had. We also had the bruschetta and mussels which were very good as well. 10/10 would recommend! Do make a reservation as we did a walk in and there was limited space.

I wouldnât recommend this place for a special occasion, mid service (donât expect them to show you to your table or remember what your reservation was for), and the food was fine. Most restaurants would give a dessert or pop or even whipped cream on a plate for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately, they donât. Maybe the experience would be better for a low lit date night.
