I order from here almost weekly. The service is always prompt, friendly, and efficient. I typically go in the evening and there is not many people around. Today I visited at 3 PM instead and I don’t think I will visit during this time again unfortunately. I typically order an acai bowl, and although the bananas are always frozen, the smoothie blend always tastes great so I have continued to order it. I placed a mobile order, as I usually do, and picked my acai bowl up today. When I went in there was probably 30 people in the store, so I want to give the benefit of the doubt that they were overwhelmingly busy and this was a one off, but that acai bowl was terrible. Although the service was still the usual, quick and friendly, my bowl was extremely disappointing. It was the consistency of water, with way too much spinach, which left a ton of green specks blended in. Not only were the bananas frozen, but they were stuck in one giant clump, and the bowl was an unappetizing brown colour I’ve never experienced before. I really hope this does not happen again as I am usually so impressed with their service, hence why I still gave 3 stars.
