While I generally have a great experience at Booster Juice, the staff are extremely rude at this location
Sitting in US departures. There are no hours posted and when I look online it says open until the last flight. Our flight doesn't leave till 1730 and he closed at 1600. I was waiting till closer to departure to make a purchase and he closed without notice. So frustrating.
The worst service and rude attitude of an Asian food attendant.
I ordered two smoothies and two wraps. And split one large smoothie into two.
The lady serving asked me if I need a tray and I said Yes please
I don't get it until I asked multiple times.
I still don't get it.
I was waiting for her to finish the blender so she can hear
A lady next to me asked her that I need the tray
Again she didn't listened.
She had a language barrier and she didn't understand what I was asking and blaming me for not ask if for the tray.
When I went to order another panini,the rude lady who was Philippine or Asian told me she cannot serve me because I was rude to her colleague.
Well too bad for being rude as I wish this booster juice store to loose customer because of there services and attitude.
Brought a juice last night . It was fabulous. Great customer service
Be prepared for rude poor service.
I ordered a ‘spinach is in it’ drink and asked to add coconut water for more hydration. After she made my beverage, she told me there is apple juice in it. I said, can I have it with Acai + coconut juice and not apple juice? and explained that I assumed it was real apples going into the drink. Then she rudely said “the menu says apple juice.”
She then looked at her coworker, both verbally ganging up on me in agreement, looking annoyed. She then opens up her booster juice recipe book in front of me, before I can finish speaking, grabbed the drink and threw it out aggressively. Both ladies then continued to speak their language in front of me(extremely rude). The other lady re-made my drink, and at the end I said thank you. I asked her to tell her coworker the menu in Fact Does Not Say Apple Juice for customers, but Apples. She continues to ignore me and act like I was not standing there or speaking. I said I was unaware & I Was Not intentionally trying to make them do more work. I then said “this is absolutely terrible customer service.”
I am a regular customer of Booster Juice and have never experienced this Level of Unprofessionalism!! The issue could have been resolved with patience and basic communication. I am a customer, not an employee who knows the specifics of ingredients!
Worst customer service i have experienced! The staff seemed like somebody was forcing them to work and not an ounce of happiness on their faces. I felt like stepping into a jail while ordering. No welcoming of any kinds. Worst worst worst.
Never been charged for a free booster before

I ofer No star as 40 min before closing time, they stopped serving fresh juice, the reason being that they needed to rewash the juicer machine, and it took too long. Well... the only one that loses in this case is the business!!

I was traveling through this Edmonton airport on august 7,2024, I stopped to buy to have a booster juice around 3pm, but the guy who suppose to serve to me was very rude and said to me very in appropriate words, I backed off and instead went to star bucks to buy my drink, will advise any one to go there unless they change their attitude to do business.

Slow, slow, slow… incredibly slow service, disorganized staff member. Messy pickup. No hustle or attention to the very few people to serve. No ask if I wanted a booster, just noted on my receipt “no booster.” Wasteful - a lot of left over smoothies going down the sink. Noticed many blenders with 2” of smoothly. Never experienced this at Booster Juice. Napkin dispenser broken and the entire load of them popped up on a customer causing us to refill it. Need a remedy to your service and fix the dispenser!
