I’m not sure if this location is under new ownership. But this is the second time I have had a poorly made smoothie. The first time it was not blended properly and the ingredients were quite chunky when trying to drink it. I normally request for a double blend to ensure that it’s smoother to drink but I just assumed the workers know how to properly make a smoothie. However, today I was disappointed as I requested for a double blend and for kale and it seems that they were cutting back on ingredients used. Cause all I got was a watered down and poorly made smoothie. It lacked flavour and I’m not even sure if they added all the ingredients that are normally placed in my smoothie. I have even included a pic of how much ice was at the bottom of my smoothie. Which shows how watered down it was and with that amount of ice it obviously wasn’t double blended as requested. Very disappointing! You are better off saving your money.

I always order the same drink every single booster juice. This is the only place that has told me the drink is no longer made when I know it is made because I have ordered it at 5 different locations and order it at least 2 a month. Each time, I go through the same thing saying the drink can be made then finally they make it. It has happened at least 3x. Today I go there, same thing happened. He didnt offer me a booster and on top of that when I got my drink the protein powder or something in the drink is off. It’s stale and has a weird after taste and not drinkable. I threw it away. What a waste of almost $9.

Probably one of the worst experiences at booster in recent times. The girl working yesterday was so spaced out and weird and that was the worst juice I've ever tasted, she had no idea what she was doing . I even ASKED her if she put the right ingredients in but she clearly had no clue what the ingredients were. I should have gone back for a refund... I ended up throwing it out and going to the far superior booster juice on 75st where the service is excellent and the boosters are perfectly done . Avoid this location and the girl yesterday should find another job that she is better suited at.
