An older gentleman who works at this establishment decided to scream at me to get out of the store because they were still closed. I had made the mistake of ordering online and I completely forgot about the holiday so the store wasn’t actually open when I placed my order. I walked into the store at 9:40 and seen the person inside and instead of greeting me or explaining they’re closed still, he decided to scream at me at the top of his lungs to get out. It took me by surprise for sure but I was still very nice and apologized and tried explaining I had already paid for my order online. He kept screaming about how he didn’t accept any order despite what I was showing him through the app. I just asked if he could cancel it if it does come up once they open and left the store. It’s not 1:05 pm and my order still has not been cancelled and they absolutely will not answer the phone. Super unprofessional and I will probably not be making this location my go to stop for my smoothies now 🥲

Employee was changing garbages when I walked in, proceeded to take order and start making a smoothie without washing his hands. When I asked him to do so, he did not seem apologetic, or like he had forgotten anything. Hopefully they usually practice good hygiene and hand washing and having to ask was a one time error.

Wow. I ordered directly from the Booster Juice app. It said it was delivered and wouldn’t you know it- never got my order. When I called the store it sounded like I was being pranked. The guy working there said they don’t deliver lol I told him I got delivery from that same location just days prior and he told me no it wasn’t possible lol I just gave up..straight out of Ownage Pranks smh

This is the absolute worst place for a shake and a wrap. The worst service. I’ve been here probably 10 times now. They have successfully messed up every single time. I feel it’s my duty now to post this.I’ve been here 15 mins before close and they already put everything away. They refuse to do mobile orders until you get there which defeats the whole purpose.Watching them work is like watching people move in molasses.It’s good place to go when you have a lot of time to kill and not in any hurry at all. Bring a board game or something cuz you’ll be there a while.Oh and my wraps are early NOT cold. Nothing like a cold steak wrap.

I normally hate being “that guy” that’s there 5 minutes before closing, and I always apologize if it’s my only option.But when you walk in at 8:55 asking politely if the guy could make one last smoothie because it would mean a LOT to your fiancée because she had a tough day and you couldn’t get here until just now… and get a massive sigh from the lone employee and then a monologue complaining about how he would have to stay late and clean everything up again and that they actually closed an hour ago saying, “look, my sign isn’t on” (despite right next to it having the hours of “open until 9”) isn’t a great experience.Little things like this make me question a business a lot: Open hours are a trust thing. If you cut corners there, where else are you cutting them? I love booster juice, but I’m never coming back to this location.

And even though they looked like they've been slammed earlier, they were still Pleasant. I forgot what my thing was called sorry, but it was really good I'm trying to eat better. So

She always greets everyone with a smile and provides excellent menu recommendations for customers. She is also very friendly and timely with your order. Definitely keep up the good work Melina and Booster Juice!

Love the food, love the staff, love the flavours. My only thing is that I feel bad for the staff. They often are working alone and it’s a rather busy location. Not everyone is understanding about the fact that they are working alone, and I’ve seen people be quite rude. I think they need more support to be able to function efficiently.

I went there on September 30 at 7.55 pm and didn't get my sandwiches grilled because the person who worked there already turned off the grill ?!?! Even though, the store was supposed to be close at 9.
