Made the mistake of ordering delivery from this place and after reading the reviews im even more choked than I was after receiving the order. Both wraps arrived with overcooked ends and when they ran out of watermelon sorbet they offered to substitute my drink with something else but after I agreed they sent me nothing and just refunded it with no warning. Never again!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Booster Juice location. The employee named Taran was blatantly disrespectful, assuming I didn’t understand her language and making rude remarks in a language we both share. Her attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I asked a few menu-related questions, and she seemed completely uninterested in helping—barely acknowledging me or my inquiries. This wasn’t during a rush or a hectic moment; I was the only customer in the store, and it was early in the morning. There’s simply no excuse for that kind of behavior at a time when customer service should be at its best. Booster Juice should take note—such conduct reflects poorly on the brand, and there needs to be accountability and better training so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Showed up 8:05 and no one is in the shop. It says it opens at 8am. The lights are off and no one inside. I waited for 15 minutes and Just decided to walk away.. call this location first before making your way there..

They use too much ice. Booster Juice is my go to. NEVER have I ever had so much ice it was not only watery but slushy and very hard to drink because of it. I will avoid this location in future.

I enjoy this Booster Juice in my neighbourhood, however, there should always be 2 people on in the evening and restrooms should be locked. While I was there this evening, a vagrant entered and briskly walked straight to the restroom. After 10 minutes and only because the bathroom lone female employee knocked and insisted that he come out did he finally leave. Please set practices in place to ensure the safety of all concerned.
