I was just at your store today, March 15, 12:31pm at the Londonderry Mall and boy, I was so disappointed. A total let down. It was also my first time buying from you here in the mall where I work. I bought a Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea with Jelly Boba. At first the female cashier wasn't paying attention while I was ordering. She kept asking me what size I was going to get. When I finally had my order I noticed that there was no tapioca. I went back and asked them to why. But they said that it is what I ordered, the one with jelly boba. I said I was aware of it but I was also expecting tapioca in it as it is shown in the photo! They said that it is only jelly and then they laughed at me. It was embarrassing. Is this how you treat your customers? Also, they should have offered to change it as I did not pay a cheap price for it. $7 for a horrible service and false advertisement. Please review your photos in your website as well as in the store menu. Your Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea photo has tapioca in it.

A more than excellent experience at Booster Juice this morning just as Deep the manager was putting in her final touches to opening for this Friday Mar 8th #YEG #Londonderry MallSince 2019 I have not gone to a Booster Juice in #YEG and as of today this will be a super stop to energize me with the power balls - today I went for matcha as benefits are known to me as a nutritionist/food scientist PhD and I simply was not aware of how much progress Booster Juice has made in providing a huge variety of nutritionally sound products essential to good health and well being living in #YEG with so many social issues around inequities- I recall the Kingsway one back in 1984 and also an outlet 109 St that serves wraps etc..and juices with healthy shots such as wheatgrassLook forward to stopping again soon and trying out more of the products to enhance my wellness..Gratitude to you at Booster Juice in #LondonderryMall.Vegetarian options: Lots of choice and variety taking into account allergies and Gluten free..etc veganParking: Lots of parking under cover and aboveKid-friendliness: Very friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Londonderry Mall has been renovated with elevators and accessibility for disabilities complied with as much as possible. This location is very easy to access by parking at the top near No Frills end and you are in the food court with Booster Juice staring at you..

Deep was very friendly and give ne Great Service. Drink was amazing, honestly this location has always been my favorite. The Staff is always polite and incredibly fast when making your drink. They also make it very well! My go-to High Impact Acai with warrior Booster .Great combination Highly Recommended! ? Thank you for making my visit great, stay consistently great!

Whenever we go, we go for orange and carrot juice and they never have oranger and carrots with them. If they have they do not make it properly. Put so much ice in juice and takes so much time for just a juice. It was never a good

Every time I come to this place, there is absolutely 0 sense of urgency. Today, one staff was wiping the walls ever so slowly while there is a 5 people line up on a busy Saturday instead of helping out customers. It’s faster to drive to ther nearest Starbucks than wait here all day for them to get through you.
