I have been to Booster Juice at Manning Crossing three times this week ordering the same thing a large Wildberry Rush smoothie and a chicken guacamole panini.
All three visits were a complete disaster. Twice I was given beef instead of chicken and every single panini had no guacamole. The smoothie tasted different every single time like no one there even cares about consistency.
This is basic stuff and this location cannot get it right. It feels like they do not care about customers at all. If you want your order correct do not waste your time here. Management clearly has zero standards and it shows in every order

Absolutely disgusting drinks! Ordered a Tropi-Kale drink and it was so watered down…absolutely no flavour. Also ordered a Tropical tornado and it had so many seeds! Also waiting almost 15 minutes for 2 drinks is absolutely ridiculous…the south Asian ladies were too busy bickering amongst themselves instead of making orders!

Honestly doesn’t even deserve a star. I had a friend go in Today with her 2 kids who needed to use the bathroom. The worker there was heartless and refused to let a 5 & 6 year old use the bathroom without buying something. When I heard this . That makes me sick in a heartless person that was working August 1, 2025 around 4:30 pm. If you see this shame on you.

I asked to sub out strawberries in my pomegranate punch for blueberries due to an allergy, the employees tried to tell me there is no strawberries in the drink, even though the menu clearly states strawberry. They argued with me about it, then after my drink was made they explained that there was strawberry sorbet.. still strawberry. I assumed they used their brains and didn't put the strawberry sorbet in, but they did and unfortunately I didn't notice until I was 15 minutes away, my fault. Went back to resolve the issue and get a totally different drink to avoid issues, and they told me that they cannot make a different drink and remade the same drink. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. 0/10.

The staff didn't know what she was doing, she told my husband he was wrong about the menu when it clearly stated that there were strawberries in the drink, she told him there were not strawberries in it and when he got the drinks she said oh yeah its strawberry sorbet. His drink doesn't taste like pomegranate it tastes like strawberries. When we got our drinks, we got three and they all taste watered down and missing ingredients. Waste of money!!!! Do Not Go to the booster juice on Manning drive! Very rude and ignorant staff and we have a strawberry allergies 😑
