1pm and the store is closed even when stated hours says it should be open. Put signs up if you don't have the people to work shifts as it's pretty damn annoying to go out of my way to buy a smoothie to find a closed store.

Gave me grapefruit juice and ginger instead of lemon juice and ginger. Thankfully I didn't give the second one to my wife as it would've interacted with her meds. I was not notified of the change of product when handed me my shots or when the order was taken.
Quick and friendly service!
Always worth the money
Always great paninis and drinks. Allthough if you are prone to heartburn from the tartness like I am, you may want to make your drink selection carefully.
I come here for lunch quite often and it's pretty quick even during the busy time's 5min max wait at lunch rush, friendly staff, and fresh-tasting food. Would like more seating for the ability to sit in or relax a bit while you sip.
Staff doesn’t want to work at all, giving a big sigh to customers entering the establishment. Not sure if it’s just him working or what but it’s the guy named Marvin who’s getting everyone’s orders. Won’t come back.
For years this location has had the most bland flavour drinks in the city. I give it another try every so often hoping for change but no luck. Also not particular to this store but why are you asking for such large tips on the debit machine? Why is it so many buttons to decline? Am I supposed to tip 20 for someone entering my order? Because that's all they have done so far at the time of payment. Should we start tipping the cashier at Safeway?

Unfortunately there seems to be a consistent issue with giving the wrong order or just ignoring instructions. It’s a shame as I feel for the workers and always tip, but I after so many wrong orders, time and time again, I can’t even justify visiting anymore.Time to find a new location.
I went there few times, just to hear from the employees that their machines are broken. The owner should have a look at the location about what their employees are doing. Today, I went there around 2 pm and she said the machine is broken you can only take the smoothie not the juice. This was not the first time. I have been there many times and everytime I hear the same thing. Never going back again.
Gross booster juice. Their sorbet is almost like liquid and they think that’s okay. Smells like yogurt has gone bad in there.

Ordered two booster balls and a smoothie, had to ask for the booster balls then after getting home realized I was still given only one and I tipped 15%. Not returning to this location
