Overall I never really had any issues with the previous and new location, always had what I wanted to eat or drink.Reason why I didn’t give the best rating and why I’m leaving this review is that If you cannot stay fully opened to provide full service to paying customers then change your hours and close earlier.I dislike being one of those customers who come in and order something 20 - 30 minutes before an establishment closes but this one off chance I was walking by and figured I’d order something on the way out of the mall.They said they would make me a drink but not warm me up food and offered it to me cold…As a business owner if I found out my staff was closing earlier and not providing full service that they are paid to do that impacts my sales/revenue that would be unacceptable & disappointing.Anyways, main take away is if you are hungry or want a snack at this location, save your time and walk to the food court if you are trying to get food 30 minutes before they close.

I paid $15 for a orange creamsicle drink, they didn't have one of the ingredients, so they ended up making me an entirely different drink that ended up being a juice, and charged me full price. This is such a disappointment, and the workers looked at me enthused as I walked away.

The service was kinda lacking, every regular drink u are supposed to ask for their booster and the Oat'rageous Mocha was weird. The fact that it wasn't truly mixed well cuz i could still taste the raw powder of coffee.

It would be nice if your staff at west Edmonton mall would actually spend less time talking and laughing at each other and attend to customers! If customers are a pain pls tell us and we will be glad to go over to jugo juice where the service is far better!

Drinks and prices are the usual. Good seating with an amazing view of the lake & the ship.

Tried to order a Very Berry with Vanilla Frozen Yogurt instead of regular Yogurt. They began to ask me about strawberries, and syrup, and on top or bottom. Had no idea what they meant. Tried to explain, but they did not understand. Will go back to another location that does not confuse their customers.

Not impressed with service and selection! Could just select from 2 small sections of the large menu. None of the standard fruit juices were available. Got the order wrong at the same time. No.....
