i actually made my first google account just to write this because our server hope was honestly that amazing. im visiting edmonton and it was some of the best service ive ever had.
she was really friendly and bubbly and knew all the specials right away and had answers for everything even tho she said she only started there a few weeks ago. my food wasnt the greatest but she right away offered to fix it and was super nice about it and our drinks were never empty
it was karaoke night and i asked if she would sing and she actually did and wow she can really sing. so talented
hope totally made our night and we ended up staying way longer than we planned. if you come here try to get her as your server shes amazing

Horrible service. First time there and it will be my last time. Waited an hour for tater tots and it wasn't even busy. After cancelling my order they brought me the food at no charge or I would have given them a one star.

Superb burgers. Stopped in for the 12 dollar burger deal and got the Borderline Burger, it was fantastic, and I did not have to wait long. I'm definitely going to come back.
My only reservation was that I felt some of the staff dragged in slow mo sometimes. It was kinda odd and bit unsettling. The server at our table was quick and did not do this.

Food was excellent. Philly steak sandwich excellent, Reuben sandwich thick and delicious.

Service was terrible, had to go to the bar and ask for my bill 3 times. One guy at the VLTs was freaking out and slamming the chair at the machine cause he lost and the poor lady beside him was scared to death. No one did anything about it. Drinks were cheap and the servers were nice at least.

DO NOT GO HERE….. I thought it couldn’t get any worse and it’s surpassed that…. HORRIBLE service. We weren’t even offered a refill for the entire time we were here. Wally has changed his wing night policy now and runs this place like a true stickler…we had a dozen and a half wings left over and asked for a box to take them and they out right refused. We offered to pay for a box or bag to put them in and they rudely declined as per management…wow… I know things are tough for the economy for everyone right now but this behaviour surely doesn’t help you that much. They should be disgusted at the fact they wanted to through away 18 wings (or who knows maybe even eat them in the back) …. We used to come here for years faithfully on Wednesdays definitely not anymore …. Sickening
