First we tried to order from the website and it was getting cancelled continuously when I called to know the issue the guy told us we don’t have any delivery guy and suggested to order from third party application which is understandable. But when I ordered from Uber eats and got cancelled again, I called them again and he said our new hire cancelled the order because they didn’t have ginger ale and suggested to replace it with sprite, I agreed and ordered for the 4th time this whole ordering cancelling kept going on for almost an hour and when finally the pizza got delivered, sprite was replaced with Coca Cola and pizza seemed to be way too small for a large, we still managed but in the very first slice, I found a piece of hair. Thank you for ruining our dinner Only reason I ordered from this place was the late night running hours.
I ordered a medium Punjabi style tandoori paneer pizza for pick up from 5051 ellerslie rd sw location, over the phone when I placed the order the guy was nice but the lady (auntie) with the glasses was so rude and unprofessional, she overcharged me for it, when i told her about the price on the website she refused to listen it and made me to paid, it seemed like she don’t like this job or just don’t care about customers. I will never go to them for pizza again and recommend everyone to go to somewhere else. Whoever the owner of the store pls pay little attention towards it otherwise u r gonna loose ur customers.

What a waste of money! We ordered extra cheese, stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza What we got was the thinnest driest pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. No stuffed crust either! Please don’t waste your time or $ here! Seriously 7-11 pizza is considerably better than this crap was!! First and last time ordering from these guys!!! 😡😡😡

Order 2 10 inch pizzas and 10 wings. The pizza was maybe a 1 out of 10. No wings sent. So for 53 dollars they sent me two 10 inch trash pizzas and forgot my wings. Believe me when I say ORDER SOMETHING ELSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's insane at 3 am on a weds/thursday morning you cannot remember to fill the entire order. Given how gross the pizza is I know I will NEVER waste my time ordering food from here again. What a joke. BUYER BEWARE. As you can see by their response below they have zero accountability and clearly tell their customers that the food is good instead of hearing from the peoplewho eat their garbage. See how sad that is? Who are you to tell me if its good bud, the pizza was bad and gross. And no there was no wings at all. Instead of being accountable you respond like a petulant child and become defensive. BUYER BEWARE AS YOU CAN SEE THE LACK OF CARE HERE ON ANY LEVEL. For what I spent on this dumpster fire trash can food joint you can get real pizza from a place that doesn't lie, if the food is bad fixes it and is accountable. What an absolute JOKE of an owner. Tried ordering directly but had to use UBER because they didn't even have a DELIVERY DRIVER. I can imagine they didn't have one because they treat them as poorly as they do their customers. Thankfully because I used Uber the driver and I both reported the missing wings and rated them on there as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR BUSINESS.
