Go here for lunch at work and always solid. Good servers, good food. Ordering ahead online is a great option with a lot of deals. Restaurant has always been clean and well taken care of.

We had a bad experience at a near by establishment and we went to Boston pizza after the game and we received the greatest service from Jessica and the host Brazile. Jessica was an amazing and definitely turned our night around with her great personality and professionalism . The manager even came around to talk with us. We left happy and want to thank the team for making our visit positive after a bad experience.

I would love to give zero stars if possible. We waited in line for 10 minutes, We were told downstairs by the host to go upstairs there was spots available for us at the bar. When we went upstairs conveniently the seats that were reserved for us were taken and given away by the host upstairs. She was also beyond rude then proceeded to tell us to come back in 30mins. So she clearly gave our seats away to other customers. No thanks. We will never come back to this location again.

Incredibly slow, 20 minute lunch took 45 minutes, and you have to ask for the free meal coupon. I didn’t bother as I have no desire to return. Not the servers’ fault that they’re understaffed, seems like pretty bad management here.

Don’t come here for lunch. Took the lady 20 mins to bring the check. I don’t know how that’s the most difficult part of service.

We chose this venue for a co-worker’s going-away lunch, as it was his preferred spot. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Not only was the service subpar, but we were shocked to overhear our servers in a nearby prep kitchen speaking negatively about our group.

I reached out to management to share our concerns and was told those servers had a history of issues. As a gesture, we were invited back for a complimentary lunch. Hoping for a better experience, a few of us returned and ordered salad and pizza. The salad took 45 minutes to arrive, and the pizza was served cold.

When we mentioned the credit, the manager told the waitress to only credit the cost of one individual pizza. He didn’t approach us directly, and when asked to speak with him, he came over with an air of indifference and lacked basic customer service . His exact words were, “What do you want me to do about it?” and “Next time get the name of the manager and all the details.” He then reiterated, “We credited you one individual pizza, what don’t you understand?”.

Overall, this establishment failed to deliver on both hospitality and professionalism—twice. I would not recommend this establishment for any occasion.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. On my recent visit, I waited a long time at my table and called for assistance several times, but no one came to serve me.
I couldn’t help but feel disrespected and possibly treated differently because of my skin color — this has happened before in the same location.
I’ve made previous complaints, but the experience hasn’t improved.
I truly hope management takes this seriously, as every customer deserves respect and equal treatment.

They would want to do something about there prices. 9 dollars for a bottle of beer. Absaloutly scandalous. Never going back and gonna tell everyone to stay well clear of this place

Every time I order the spaghetti they only give me half of the spaghetti. Either that or they seriously cut back on the portion sizes by A LOT! If this happens again I'm going to go back into the kitchen and get the rest of my food my damn self. I DO NOT PLAY ABOUT MY FOOD. DO NOT TRY ME!

Food sucks both times I've been there the food was cold like it's been sitting for a while My steak was discussing it wasn't cooked till I wanted it to be I just ate it because I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes for something else.. by both times they went here it wasn't good I'm just saying my experience

Ordered the steak sandwich medium rare. It came out blue rare, I was asked if I wanted another and refused. The manager was so gracious to give me a 10% discount. Laughable. Don't recommend.
