Service wasn't good at all apart from the friendly bartender who filled our drinks twice sith maybe 4 other tables in the lounge other then the bar. Our server was disinterested and disengaged . We asked for our food to go after waiting for an hour the food wasn't good and the portions didn't merit the price. We had to approach our waitress a few time before asking for our food to go for drinks and the bill. Not a good experience

We attended this BP location on Sunday afternoon before the Harlem Globetrotters Game. We were a group of 9 - 5 adults and 4 children. The previous day a member of our party called to make a reservation and was told they dont take reservations on the weekend but it shouldn't be a problem getting in. Sunday prior to our arrival a call was placed to the restaurant to ensure they had room for a table of 9 and we were told it was "dead" so there would be no problem and to come on down.Upon entering the restaurant we noted only 1 table was occupied and there was no line up. When we asked for a table of 9 we were told by the manager there was no room for us, they were fully book. Funny considering we were told the previous day they don't take reservations on weekends and it was obvious only one table was occupied. The member of our party who had called regarding a reservation and to confirm space advised the manager of her calls a d what she was told a d he simple shrugged. Asked if he could recommend where our group could go near by and he just said no.Why was our group refused? Good question! We were a group consisting of 3 moms, a grandmother and a dad along with 4 children ages 4-6 trying to have a meal in what is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant prior to going to the event a Roger's Place.Ask me why we were refused a table. We were discrimated for arriving with children and were not seen as a group of big eaters and booze guzzlers who might come in and run up a bigger tab.Thank you BP... Joey's Bell Tower was very willing to give our group a table, we had an exceptional meal that far exceeded anything we would of had at BP.As for the children in our party, a group of adults from another table commented to one of the moms in our group how well behaved they all were!Looking for Family Friendly... SKIP this BP location. Go around the block and give Joey's your business !

Well, there is nothing more then I love then any meal at BP's. HOWEVER, this particular chicken ceasar salad, in the heart of downtown in the fancy ice district was deplorable. A big sloppy poor sized proportion with a rubbery overcooked lethal weapon called a piece of chicken on top was very disappointing for $18. The salad dressing not even mixed in fully with big globs of dressing on one piece of lettuce while other pieces bare. Very disappointing.

I ordered Chicken Caesar salad and the taste and amount fell short of expectations compared to the price and past experiences of food usually being pretty tasty here. I didn’t expect the salad to cost $20 as normally I can get it for cheaper elsewhere with the taste still being pretty good for a Caesar salad. I was expecting more to this one from Boston Pizza. I would recommend skipping out on this mediocre salad.

We went there to watch the Oilers game and have a pizza. Walked in the door and the TV's all had WWF wrestling on. We asked the doorman about the game and he said they weren't showing the game. Just WWF. Apparantly, the management of this Boston Pizza don't know where they are. You know, Edmonton. If they have so little understanding of their market, you have to wonder what else they get wrong. We just turned around and went next door where they WERE showing the game, like every other bar/restaurant in the city.

I just love going here love it love it?? I have never had a bad experience here the staff is super friendly and nice..Vegetarian options: Yes they do have some salad blows for vegetarians but it's not a wide variety.Parking: There is underground parking that customers can use, so you park first then when you get inside Boston Pizza you give them you plate number and you have a 3 hours parking
