Very nice service. I needed a quick in-house pizza as well as a takeout. The server was cheerful and accommodated perfectly. The takeout arrived at just the right time.
Our individual pizza was the spicy pierogy. First time I had it - pretty tasty.

I've been coming to this location for ages and the food is always consistently good, service can be dull at times but usually we get really awesome servers. Also, love the upgrades to the place since the fire happened. One of my fav bps in edmonton to take the kids for a tasty bite.

Had an excellent experience. Great food and great service. Came in to kill a prolonged period of time waiting for a car stereo install. Gave me time and space to read my book while providing excellent customer service. They made the longest five hours of my life enjoyable. Kudos to BP!!

Went out for some dinner last night with my in-laws and the server working last night I think her name started with a j or something but she was so rude. messed up on orders and then showed us nothing but attitude towards my fiancé I was not impressed with my experience last night
I sat with friends on Easter Sunday and waited faaar too long for appropriate service. We asked twice to be waited on. My salad of beets and goat cheese was lack- lustre.. at best. I've had several negative food experiences at BP recently. I may just move on. Cheers.

It was alright. Typically Id give it a 5 out of 5, but it just wasn't up to the usual standard last time I went. Both pizzas were overcooked with burnt edges and had waaaay less toppings than what I'm used to when I've gone there previously. My son spilled a bit of pop because it was filled right to the lip and legit couldn't move it without doing so, and they just gave a few napkins so the table ended up sticky. Was given more pop when both of us still had over half a glass left and didn't want more (I also had a water that was over half full, we really didn't need another drink). The new garlic cheese bread was really good though. Staff was nice as usual. Food just left a bit to be desired after all the amazing times Ive ate there.

04/09/25 This location continues to deliver amazing customer service. Bravo to your whole team and kitchen staff. Bathrooms smell like that 90s basement with the soft beep every 3 seconds for some reason. Not a big deal but something I noted.

Another BP's location that has no idea about craft beer. It says on the menu: craving craft beer? ask your server... unfortunately they act like they've never even heard of craft beer and at most locations, including this one, they don't have any craft options anyways. Would be great if each location could actually stock some local craft beer options and educate their servers about them... or just take it off the menu and put me out of my misery 🙂 (Kingsway location seems to be the one BP's that got this right, kudos to them!)
