I have dined at Boston Pizzas all over the Edmonton/ Sherwood park region, and I pick this location hands down and have eaten here the most times. The reason is both the food - I find it prepared a little more superior to the other places I've dined. The service is outstanding as well. Kayla is a waitress who has a dynamic personality as well as an ability to always be there for refills, suggestions and makes us feel heard. Heck - she greeted ME by my first name last visit! Excellent place to eat!

Iāve been coming to this Boston Pizza regularly with my daughter. We usually enjoy our time, and I always go out of my way to be polite. I stack the dirty dishes, clean up after us, and leave the table in better shape than most. I tip fairly, every time. But for whatever reason, I always feel like Iām being treated with attitude by some of the servers hereāespecially Justus R.
Today was one of the worst experiences yet. Justus gave me straight-up rude looks. Not subtleālike twisting her face at me, like I was gross or something. I rubbed my face out of habit (just tired), and she walked up and scoffed at me. Even my 10-year-old daughter picked up on it without me saying a word. She literally asked, āWhy was she being so rude?ā That ruined the whole experience for herāand for me too.
Itās not just one off-day. Itās been a pattern. Iāve stayed quiet for a while thinking maybe Iām imagining it, but when your kid notices too? That says a lot.
Hereās the thing: Iām a paying customer. People like me are the reason staff like her even have jobs. If you donāt like someoneās vibe, fineābut keep it to yourself. Donāt let your personal opinion affect how you treat customers. Itās disrespectful, itās unprofessional, and itās exhausting to deal with.

I placed an online order in the App for delivery, never had an issue in the past. Today the app said there was an issue with my card not going thru, checked my account and it went thru. I found the location it was suppose to go to and called them. Was basically told it is pending and will have to wait for it to be returned to my card. But during all this I could have been asked to replace my order on the phone for delivery and just pay when they arrive with the food. It also took them an hour to get to me. Their customer service could have been better. Also was made to feel not great. We had to figure out a new plan for food. Just got some hungry family now waiting longer. Very unhappy

Stopped in for a meal and the service was friendly and efficient as usual. The atmosphere is reliable for a casual dinner. I ordered the Boston Brute, but honestly, it wasn't quite as good as it used to be back in the dayāfelt like something was missing. Still, a decent meal and a good spot for families, just maybe not for that specific sandwich.
