Went in on Fri Sept 5th bar side menphis chicken beers and a beef mushroon onion small , it came to me without the beef, by the time I got it replaced my honey had finished his meal and second one 4 slices still had no beef, waitress didnt even comp anything she said it was fine cause they replaced it ! Not supposed to eat separately when you go out and eat , we've eaten here over 60x worst experience ever!

We went in last Sunday night to the restaurant side and the music was so loud you couldn’t hear the person talking in front of me. I asked the waitress to turn it down and she declined to do so. I don’t understand why you even have loud music tv etc on the restaurant side especially if you have a bar side as well. Not for me

I had a frustrating visit to Boston Pizza. I was made to wait 45 minutes for a takeout despite being told multiple times that it would be “just a few more minutes.” The staff’s repeated assurances felt dishonest and added to the frustration. The lack of transparency and poor communication made for a really disappointing experience. I hope they improve their service and wait time management in the future.

i really enjoyed my experience here, being sat by the hostess (hannah) who was very kind and energetic. i enjoyed my meal and my server (Nathanial) was very easy going and quick to help us! we were very well taken care of.
