The food quality and the quantity went so down ,the brownie is so hard like a rock, got some plastic too, really disappointed
Ordered food from this BP twice through Uber Eats and both times were a disappointment. Tiny portions and less than fresh ingredients. Also, whoever is preparing the ICONIC BP Chicken Pecan Salad at this location needs to be re-trained. Filling half the container with wilted salad leaves and literal morsels of the classic fixings—carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, candied PECANS, bacon and cheese is really disgraceful considering this salad is $23. I’ve ordered this salad from various BPs for years and I’ve never been disappointed until ordering from this location.
I will definitely not waste money ordering from this location again.
Probably the worst Boston Pizza in the city.
The food is always good in BP, any location
The Male Employee was friendly and helped me with my coupon. I will go back to this location as again as I was pleased with the customer service.

When this location first opened up, the food was great and the service was good too, but it has gone downhill. The menu has two chicken Parmesans, one with red sauce and a new one with white sauce. The waitress Sidney was very nice and professional. We asked that we get the red sauce instead of the white and she came back to let us know that the manager said absolutely not that it wasn’t possible. I could tell she wanted to accommodate us but wasn’t allowed to. I actually felt bad for her. I could not believe the manager “KATRINA” would rather see a table walk out and lose money over a simple request. She clearly knows nothing about customer service. Every other Boston Pizza in the city accommodates a simple request such as this. Although I do understand when it’s busy that major substitutions could back up the kitchen, but it was not busy at all nor was it too much to ask for. The manager didn’t even come to our table to explain why we were told no. An up charge wasn’t even an option. Anyways, we just left and that is the last time I go to this location. It’s not the first issue I’ve had. This is the third issue and the last time I will ever step foot there.

This restaurant does not honor the kids cards with its new manager, Go to west side BP! Way better there!
This is the third time in a row that we have gone to this location for weekday lunch and every time the service was very poor. Once the waitress took our order the only time we saw her was to take our plates. No offer of refills to pop, no checking on food etc. cactus cuts were very small portion for the added price to a meal and half of them were raw.
We won’t be back to this location.

We've had some minor issues with the food in the past (items being forgotten) but nothing major.
Usually we get Nate to serve us and he's absolutely great, we've never been disappointed when he's been our server!

Went there with friends family and kids for BP's September kids eat free. The waitresses are very responsive and quick serving. Food was standard BP. Billing was clear and explained. Pleasant experience as usual.

We just came into this location after a long day and hungry for the pizza, until Me and my mom were practically turned away service. We sat down on the bar side because the dinning room was packed full of screaming kids, as it was mid dinner rush. Both of us wanted a quiet space, which in my opinion, is a pretty respectable thing to want after a long day. We sat down ready to order food, not even ordering any alcoholic drinks and the lady still told us we needed our IDs just to be able to sit there. (regardless if we weren’t ordering any alcohol). Unfortunately I didn’t have my wallet on me, but I am of age. We had 2 pieces of my ID on my phone and that was still refused, again, even though we were not going to be ordering alcohol. I work at a restaurant, on the bar side as well, and I have never ever refused service to someone, let alone young adults who aren’t ordering any alcohol. We walked out because clearly they don’t want or need our business. We won’t be coming back again.

Went here tonight for my son's birthday. It was fine until I saw the runners/host go take out garbage not wash their hands and then bring our food out. I couldn't eat my food cuz I was too grossed out and just paid and left. I won't be going back to this location again.

First time there and we sat in the lounge , definitely won't be back, got in first 5 minutes in was good, got drinks and ordered promptly, but that was it,the server ignored us for the rest of our duration in the restaurant, we finished with our drinks just as the appies came out ( spicy wings ) we didn't see the server again until after we half way through our entrees where we decided we were ignored enough and it was time to leave, only then when we're very visibly annoyed did she ask if we wanted refills
I've had some bad service before only worst service we had was at salt and brick on calgary but this waitress wasn't too far off
