Had a great experience with the family. The service was top notch and same with the family friendly atmosphere Boston pizza offers. The food was very good too but my philly cheese sandwhich felt a little over cooked and given to me pressed too much which made it look crumbly.

My sister was being a bit of a Karen, she found hair in her food which happens but our server was nice and the food took a bit long to come out but it was a Saturday during an oilers game so can’t really be mad. Good place to stop by if you live within the area.

Francis is absolutely top notch! From the moment we sat down she greeted us with a warm smile and kept that friendly, upbeat energy the whole time. Her service was outstanding, quick, attentive, and always a step ahead. She gave excellent recommendations that turned out to be perfect, and her great sense of humor made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Francis is the kind of server that makes you want to come back again and again. 10/10 experience!

Walked in took 5-10 mins to get greeted we sat down took another 5 mins to ask us what we want to drink waited another 5 mins finallly decided to ask him if we can order and he shrugged us off and kept looking at his watch…. Use to like going to BPS not going again after this experience

Went out for a nice dinner with a friend and was disappointed. I don't go out for dinner a lot and thought going out would be nice, however we were seated right next to the server staff area (very noisy) and yet we had little to nonservice from our server. I am quite serious, we had to go to the front cash area to pay. The dining area was empty and she was no where to be found. I guess she got the message when there was no tip left.

don’t judge it for being a Boston Pizza. the food is honestly great and the service is always kind! get the pizza flight while you’re there - I highly recommend the BBQ chicken pizza. I could have eaten an entire Large on my own how good it was!
