Francis is absolutely top notch! From the moment we sat down she greeted us with a warm smile and kept that friendly, upbeat energy the whole time. Her service was outstanding, quick, attentive, and always a step ahead. She gave excellent recommendations that turned out to be perfect, and her great sense of humor made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Francis is the kind of server that makes you want to come back again and again. 10/10 experience!

Walked in took 5-10 mins to get greeted we sat down took another 5 mins to ask us what we want to drink waited another 5 mins finallly decided to ask him if we can order and he shrugged us off and kept looking at his watch…. Use to like going to BPS not going again after this experience

Went out for a nice dinner with a friend and was disappointed. I don't go out for dinner a lot and thought going out would be nice, however we were seated right next to the server staff area (very noisy) and yet we had little to nonservice from our server. I am quite serious, we had to go to the front cash area to pay. The dining area was empty and she was no where to be found. I guess she got the message when there was no tip left.

don’t judge it for being a Boston Pizza. the food is honestly great and the service is always kind! get the pizza flight while you’re there - I highly recommend the BBQ chicken pizza. I could have eaten an entire Large on my own how good it was!

Went here on the weekend for a birthday dinner and went home feeling ill. Turns out they gsve me food poisoning. Thanks guys
$45 for 2 small pizzas. Too expensive. Pepperoni was charred around edges. Not a good deal

After being seated right away, we waited over 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. They passed us at least 6 times without a word. The restaurant had two large parties, and two small tables, including us. So, not busy at all. We left.

Ordered the Carbonara Pizza, for take out, was burnt, very dry, and seriously lacking in toppings compared to the Royal Hawaiian. Think there was one little cube of chicken per piece. Pretty disappointing. Also got 3 orders of wings, but they all tasted the same. Maybe cook forgot to add spice rub and sauce??
