I am usually hit or miss on Boston Pizza but the server won us over. She saw that it was going to take a long time to get out food and made sure we got a two for one deal. People like this make my day!!!

I recently had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza at Edmonton airport and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. My server(Brad) was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations from the menu. The food came out quickly, was piping hot, and absolutely delicious.
What really stood out, though, was the phenomenal service. Brad checked in just the right amount, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
This level of service truly elevated the experience, and I can’t wait to come back again. Boston Pizza has set the bar high.

My mother ordered a Thai chicken wrap before her flight and according to the ingredients the wrap has no bacon in it. Despite what it says, there was bacon bits in my moms wrap, and as muslims we cannot eat bacon; therefore the most disappointing part is that it was put in our order. My mom sadly didn’t notice till she ate half of the wrap. Shame on you Boston Pizza, I dont know what kind of sick prank you thought this was

We usually go to Chilis when we are at the airport, but thought we’d give BP’s a try this time. This was a big mistake! Our drink and food orders were taken quick enough, but once the drinks we delivered we did not see our server again for the rest of our time at the restaurant. After an hour we had to press other servers to get our food to go so we could make our flight. Ate the cold food on the plane. I don’t think we’ll be going there again.
Suman, Jon , & Rayna, they accomodate me very well, delicious pasta and wings meal, quick service, amazing with friendly smile, definitely will recommend to all my friends and family my Experienced at the Store, I really Enjoyed my Meal.

It took 20 minutes to get a menu, and a further 20 to be served. I asked for the vegetarian meal, but was served meat instead
Overall, I think the servers are just severely understaffed. Everything else was fine, and they were super friendly, but it seemed that they just had too much to do.
Vegetarian options: The ravioli is vegetarian, but you should really emphasize that you want the vegetarian option so they don’t forget
