Popped in to have a bite to eat while waiting for my flight and Yenn was super sweet and kind! She was so busy but still kept a smile on her face!

Bad vibes all around. Went to find a table and took us a few minutes to find one that wasn’t dirty or sticky. Decided to use the option to order/pay online since they looked understaffed and stressed out. We heard the one waitress yell at the other one for being too slow. I understand that they were most likely understaffed so I wasn’t too worried about it, until we went on our phone to close our bill and my wife noticed that she had been charged twice for the entire bill. We figured it was just a glitch and my wife went to ask the same server who had been yelling at the other one. She proceeded to give us attitude and said “well you ordered two drinks” insinuating that we didn’t know what we were talking about. Luckily the other waitress had overheard my wife and nicely explained that it was normal and the money would come back into her account. I wish I had checked her name so we could have filed a more formal complaint. I understand it’s busy and stressful but that doesn’t give you the right to talk down to other employees and customers.

Been to other BP locations and was not charged for additional honey dill sauce yet this one did. But I guess that’s what happens when you buy food in the airport - they milk you for what you’ve got.

Service was the issue here. Came in to grab lunch and saw the sign to “Seat Yourself” and so I did. There was a Filipina server that kept coming back and forth close to my table but completely ignored me the whole time. That’s when I decided to just order online with their QR codes. 15 minutes later, my drink never came but the same server sat down three guests beside my table and gave them drinks right away. A manager approached me asking if she can take my order. I told her I’ve already ordered online and if she can check if my order went through. She nodded confusingly… I couldn’t understand the gesture but it seemed like she didn’t care, she started walking away. The server finally approached me and asked if she can take my order, I asked for the bill because I didn’t have time to wait anymore and asked for it because I wanted to pay cash. She said that was NOT an option since I ordered online. My order never came and I had to go. I stood up and tried to approach the manager. She ignored me while I was right in front of her, RUDE. I managed to get the Filipina server’s attention and told her if I can get my food for To Go instead. She gave me the food but still missed my drink, I had to remind her. I’ve worked customer service my whole life and in this case, I’d say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Management, PLEASE DO BETTER.

Waitress was racist and rude. Had worst experience ever!! We went around 8-8.30pm on june 9th. I hope management looks into how badly this restaurant is being run by their staff!!!

Had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I’ve been to quite a few Boston pizza locations, always had good experience except this one. Terrible guest experience!! Waitress seemed racist and was super arrogant and rude. She was mopping the floors and then proceeded to bring our food, WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS ??!!!! When putting our food on table, she literally slammed it as hard as she could, and left arrogantly. Not to mention, she was eating and watching television at the same time. Seemed like restaurant was under staffed, but that doesn’t mean servers will provide that bad service.

The place at the airport in Edmonton is so busy but not enough staff. Had to wait for someone to come and take our order. There was plates and glasses on all the tables

Just one single employee is not enough to service guests.
She is working very hard.
I end up having to order online and wait for my food for a long period of time.
