Sean is an amazing server, definitely deserves a raise for his charismatic service made me and my friends experience amazing. We will be back because of him, and food was wonderful as well. This place is great and a hidden gem.

Absolutely terrible! I found a hair in my food on the first bite. They didn't even want to exchange it, but eventually, they did, and didn't even offer me anything off the bill. I could tell they didn't even want to get me refills.And tried to get me out the door as soon as possible. I never write these reviews, but the service was absolutely terrible. It was more the manager than anything. The funny thing is, the hair was about a foot long. I'm bald so it obviously wasn't mine. Still, I seem like a big inconvenience to them. You would think that they would offer a discount or an appetizer or something. But no, absolutely not. This place used to be a lot better years ago. But it's definitely not the same restaurant now. I should have known from the first minute I walked in. I waited for a table for what seemed over ten minutes, and I was the only person in the restaurant. I had several staff walk past me, but not one acknowledged me. There was none at the counter.And we had to wait forever. NEVER AGAIN!

This used to be a favorite spot of mine when I was younger, but the prices have shot up while the quality and service have gone down. My last visit was mid week, the restaurant was almost empty yet the server was inattentive and slow, and still managed to get my order wrong. Given how much the price has gone up, there are so many better options that provide much better value.

This location is usually fantastic, but the server today Just sat on her phone the whole time. I ate my whole meal without a refill of coffee. I finished my meal about ten minutes ago and I still cannot get her attention

Parking: parking is not directly in front of door and you will need to walk about 50 meters to the side entrance to enter.

Quick and easy, ordered ahead and grabbed it on the way, Boston Pizza has always treated my kids with celiac disease right and this was no exception.
Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free pizza, we haven't had an issue here with any cross contamination.

Waited 40 minutes for food. Then they come back and said, our food won't be ready for another year. Twenty minutes, if we want to leave, we can so we left!!! Bad attitudes, one of the waitresses rolled their eyes at another customer.Wow this place went downhill
I love coming to this spot because of how cozy and well-managed it is, absolutely love the service here and the food is wonderful as always. Sean is an amazing server and a very charismatic person, he deserves a very good raise and appreciation for his service. Having him as my server today is what made me and my friend want to come back, just to see him again. I recommend this spot for a chill hangout, will come again🩷 Thank you to all staff as well, we appreciate you.
