This location is usually fantastic, but the server today Just sat on her phone the whole time. I ate my whole meal without a refill of coffee. I finished my meal about ten minutes ago and I still cannot get her attention

Quick and easy, ordered ahead and grabbed it on the way, Boston Pizza has always treated my kids with celiac disease right and this was no exception.

Waited 40 minutes for food. Then they come back and said, our food won't be ready for another year. Twenty minutes, if we want to leave, we can so we left!!! Bad attitudes, one of the waitresses rolled their eyes at another customer.Wow this place went downhill

Melissa is our favorite server but we have never had a poor experience here. Nachos are perfect everytime.
Every time I’ve come to this location the service has been fantastic! The staff are attentive and welcoming. Always enjoy coming here to watch a game or just grab a quick bite to eat after the gym. The food is always on point and I’ve never been disappointed!

Food at BP is always consistent but the service and cleanliness is what can make a visit good or bad. The service at this location was not good. It wasn’t busy yet we were left waiting for our waiter and ended up grabbing another waitress to finish our visit.
