I ordered crispy chicken Alfredo, the waitress kept interrupting me and said the mushroom chicken fettuccine I told her repeatedly “not the mushroom fettuccine “ then goes and explains more into detail about the chicken being cut in dices. I then again told her I just want the Alfredo noodles with crispy chicken she said “okay” then brought out the mushroom fettuccine, I told her NO that’s not what I ordered and she said sorry that was my misunderstanding, took the plate back then came back and told me that they don’t have what I wanted ? Like what ?! It’s on the menu! Then bills me for the fettuccine THAT WAS HER MISTAKE! She hid in the back and the other waitresses didn’t want to come out and give us our take out boxes or bill till the one girl came out and told us she tried to confirm my order 3 times, told her 3 times what I wanted, I ordered it a handful of times before. Maybe the waitress shouldn’t smoke weed before attending work! And the reason I say that is cause she wreaked of it! Paying for their mistake was very upsetting and unfair!

Why was my quesadilla cut in 9 Pieces?
You Know what that's like to eat ?
And the servers look like they were found on desperate for a bad job.com.
A Server made me pay with my gift card up front to make sure there was money on it. I immediately lost my appetite.
Now sure How, but all this food came to $20.00 with only water.
This is worth $11.00, if even.
Taco Bell all around is better.
The green onion was old, dry, and too hard to ever eat.
Come on Abbotsfield, please get classy. This Is Boston Pizza afterall ...... I Am sure Clareview and Manning are doing better than this.
Even add some guac if you want to cut a quesadilla like nobody was trained or even knows what a quesadilla is.

I used to come all the way here specifically for Vanessa's service. Without her it's just a regular boston pizza with inexperienced staff. They're all nice people but just not the same level of service.

I walked to this location for pasta Tuesday. When I entered, I was seated by a woman with glasses and sandy blonde hair. She left menus for me at my table, and that was the last time I saw her. I sat there for over 10 minutes while she chatted with the people at the other side of the room. I left in frustration without being offered anything to eat or drink.

I then went to KFC next door, but was told that they wouldn’t have time to make a batch of chicken for my order, so I went home.

I hadn’t eaten all day, and I had nothing at home that I could quickly make for myself. Boston Pizza was the closest place that could deliver. Reluctantly, I placed an order for a pizza.

Approximately 30 minutes later I received a phone call from the manager who told me that my pizza would be late because she couldn’t get in touch with her driver, fearing an accident. She said that she would call me back if it gets too late. While on the phone with her, I made my complaint about the experience I had in the restaurant. She then offered a $50 courtesy credit to use in store.

Sure enough she called back with the bad news. After explaining to her the situation, she offered to deliver the pizza herself after closing, and that I wouldn’t have to pay for it while still retaining the $50 credit. Thankfully a driver did arrive with my pizza just before closing.

Two days later I decided to use the credit. I called the restaurant to place an order, but no one there knew anything about the situation, so they contacted the manager who offered the credit and free pizza, to confirm with her. To no surprise, she knew nothing about talking to me, or giving me a $50 credit and a free pizza. Rather than fence with them on the phone, I thought it would be best to just write a review about my entire experience with this location.

When dealing with a business that offers you anything as a courtesy, be sure to collect any information to verify your claim. Never take someone’s word just because they sound honest. It says a lot about a business when the owner only responds to positive reviews.

Hi, I was send out from that establishment like bed bucks just because I did not have my id. Ok that’s the rule. I left and I drove 24min to my house to collect the id. But guess what? still they send me out. And you could literally see on the girl eye that it was because of my color. I am black and I am proud to be black but I do deserve the same service as white. I didn’t choose the color of my skin. French is my first language and I can’t do anything against that. I have a lot to say, I’m thinking of booking a psychologist to help me!!! Because that was so traumatizing!

On December 5th, 2024. I came with my friends! The very, lemme say very very root water treat us as is we were animals, And we could obviously see that was because of our color! The racism is not something we can have on that establishment! We are use to the place. But that service was literally unprofessional. PS: you your lay off that lady if you want the establishment to prosper.

I would like to begin this review by stating that our server was absolutely fantastic. She was very attentive and was able to guide myself and my friends through the menu exquisitely, while also providing us with great recommendations from the new winter menu. She also ensured to consistently check up on the table and give refills whenever it was necessary. The food was certainly nothing to write home about, but it was perfect after a long night of being outside. The same certainly could not be said about the manager that confronted our table when we were harmlessly playing a game. My friends and I were bored and figured we would pass the time while we waited for our food by attempting to fill a glass with as much water without it spilling. Prior to starting we ensured to lay down napkins under the glass to minimize the spillage that would occur. Whist we were doing this the manager came up to the table and stated should any damages occur we would be required to pay. We obliged and stated that we were certain that nothing would be damaged as a result of the game. This was when the manager asked "what if I were to kick the table right now." She then proceeded to walk to the back and cuss about us to whom I presume were her employees in the back. Now, as a manager of a restaurant myself I could certainly understand the frustrations that can come during a shift, but to berate your guests while we are still in hearing distance is incredibly unprofessional and exceptionally rude. To address the concerns of breaking the pitcher that was provided at the table. I certainly do not understand how pouring water into a glass could possibly result in any breakage occurring. In fact, presenting the threat of kicking the table would likely cause more damage to your own restaurants property then us pouring water into a glass. All in all I'm fairly disappointed by the way the manager chose to handle the situation, should she have simply asked us to stop, we likely would have.

Last night, a sever turned away numerous customers. The server was also condescending asking me "if I understood" what she was saying when I asked for my bill for a single beer. She decided to ring out the entire table of about 20 of us at the same time, when I had asked for a single bill, not sure why, but it took over 30 minutes to pay our bill and we were practically the only patrons there.

I ordered a boston brute. I went to pick it up because I had ordered on off skip and I didn't get my bolganese sauce or dressing for my salad. This time I got the sauces, but they failed to put sauce, cheese and onion on my brute. I am done ordering from this place!

I can't belive that this location is still running has to be one of the worst ones on the north side . Communication is horrible between staff and had no idea when I placed an online order that the food was comming from here when we received it we were missing our sauces for our food and our Bandera bread was so over cooked and dried right out and fries were under cooked and Soggy including the box from the oil . Pretty sad for a location that's been open for so long

The staff really need to be careful about trash talking customers while within earshot of the customers. I find it more funny than insulting, but rather unprofessional lol.
