Worst experience here with take out, food was garbage. Nachos were so dry and they forgot to season my pasta. What a nightmare, never returning and actually do glad claireview location is now open

I had a disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. Our group of four entered the lounge, and after some time, a staff member brought the menu and asked for ID proof. While we had digital copies, she insisted on seeing hard copies. I offered to retrieve them from my car, but she took all the menus away and gave the impression that she didn’t want to serve us. We asked other staff members why this was the case, as we’ve never encountered this policy at other Boston Pizza locations, and they couldn’t provide a clear explanation. We ended up leaving and went to another Boston Pizza just 6 km away, where we weren’t asked for IDs at all.

If ID verification is a strict policy at this location, it would be helpful to have clear signage at the entrance to avoid confusion. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a negative impression of this particular outlet, and I hope the management can work on improving customer service and communication.

Got a Maple bacon burger. The party on this $18 burger looked like it came from McDonald's it was so thin. The quality and quantity of the food has been slipping. It's at the point where I won't order delivery. Corporate greed messing up what was a favorite place to come and eat.

I used to go to this place for drinks and games for a long time and went out with our family for dinner. The food was so bad that it was basically not edible. The pizza was uncooked, ribs were totally uncooked, pasta was disgusting. When we told our server regarding the food he just laughed about it and never apologized or did anything to make up for it. We ended up paying $200+ for the disgusting food. I am never going back there and making sure none of my knowns go this location ever.

The food is consistent and delicious. A great variety of pizzas, the Carbonara Pizza being our family recommendation. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, perfect for both family outings and catching up with friends. I highly recommend Boston Pizza for great food, good service, and an overall fantastic dining experience!

We keep getting the same server in the bar. We like her, alot. We started coming over here since clareview is under construction. Might have to just keep coming here..

I've been coming to this location for a number of years. I've been to other locations. I requested that my wings are all flats and no drumsticks and the waitress in the lounge area was extremely rude to me. Shr responded with a one word answer saying they 'don't do that' her entire demeanor change. This was at 12:00 p.m. on October 11th . I should have asked for a manager but I decided to leave just because of the waitresses response. I just want to make note that I've been to many other locations and I've asked for this request and I've never once been denied this request.

I've made two posts this is the correct location!

If 7/5 was possible they did it. Delicious honey/dill dip for the onion rings that were hot and tasty. Memphis sandwich was something new for me as I usually order the pizza. The Memphis sandwich exceeded my expectations. Spicy, delicious, and fresh

This location never disappoints me. Great ambiance, warm and welcoming staff, fantastic air conditioning. Delicious food . Server was great ? she was so prompt and polite.5/5 to server for making sure the dining experience was great . I didn’t get her name, but she was so quick and sweet.
