This was very appreciative and as a long-term customer, the correspondence was meaningful.Title: Mixed Experience at Boston PizzaI visited Boston Pizza on a Sunday afternoon around 2 PM. Despite a friendly server, the wait for our food was unusually long, approximately 30 minutes, with no apology for the delay. The Big Dipper, my choice, had an unpleasant surprise - an onion ring with a strand of onion skin. My sister, visiting from Calgary, noted a difference in quality compared to Boston Pizza there. While the response to my concerns was positive, the overall lack of care and a sewage smell in the bathroom left me questioning the establishment's attention to detail. Additionally, Christmas decorations still up in March seemed odd. Considering the numerous dining options in the Namao area, I may explore other restaurants with hopes that management addresses these issues.

Placed order over the phone. Give them20 minutes before picking up and they have no order. I’m starving! Now have to wai another 20 minutes till it’s made. I even have proof of calling this location and the length of phone call. Yet I have no order! Didn’t know this job was so hard. Incompetent at its finest!

Ordered a lot of pizza to have delivered. One pizza was folded in half whether from restaurant or delivery I’m not sure. Then anyone who ate the chicken carbonara pizza went home with food poisoning that night.
Great location and ambiance. Server was very courteous and checked in several times. The bread which accompanied the lasagna was slightly dry. Requested for additional butter which was brought. Other than that loved it!
