Tried to go to the restaurant with my family and found the front desk hostess very rude. She was defensive and was snarky when we didn’t have a reservation. We were still going to be charged 15 percent gratuity even if we were unable to sit together. Should be posted or at least the hostess could have spoken to us without having an abrasive attitude. The restaurant was empty as well. We will never be returning to this restaurant or any other bps because of the front door hostess.

Went out with family 7 adults and 6 kids. The front hostess was horrible to deal with we left because of her attitude. She was unhelpful and rude. We will never come back to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped going to this location for a long time because I had several bad experiences I did a review on the company app and they told me the manager would contact me and make it right, he called and left a message but everytime I called back he was busy. After a month of chasing him I vowed to never use that location again.
Til yesterday, it was my birthday and I was gonna get dinner for my elderly mother and I. Running short of time, it was the more convenient location so I thought I'll try again. What a mistake that was, I placed my order to go and the server said it'll be a half hour wait, so I waited in the lounge, I noticed more customers coming into the lounge and ordering in, everybody who came in after me got their meals before me so after an hour I went back to the hostess station and expressed that I've been waiting over an hour and she went to check on it. All together it took a hour and 18 minutes to receive my food only to get to my moms and find that my order was wrong, my garlic toast was burnt, and the meal cost me over $80 for 2 pasta dishes and 2 deserts.
Dear owner, if your manager is still Michael don't bother, I'm not gonna spend another month chasing him down. I think because of this I'm just done with Boston Pizza all together. Thanks for such a birthday ruining experience.

Food order was wrong from lunch menu manager then said the lunch menu only comes with fountain pop when rhe menu specifically states a can. Won't be returning this isn't the first time this location has messed up.

The waiter trying to fool customer, charged the food which was redeemed with a coupe, not gave the receipt to customer until being asked, making excuses when being questioned for overcharging, refunded the item overcharged without tax.

Ordered med pizza had some sort of industrial string cooked on the bottom of the pizza. Ordered Bandera pizza bread grossest I have ever had. Ordered bolangiase sauce that never came. Ordered great white north that looked horrible..
Worst food ever!!!!

The hours for today in a Saturday is listed in Google to be open at 11 but they changed their hours to 12 on the door, so that was frustrating because I have two littles and we were there for 1140 expecting it to be open. As soon as we were seated at noon we ordered the girls food and it didnt come out till quarter to 1. Others got their food first that had come in over 15 min after us. We asked what the hold up for the kids food, at this point I wasn't anticipating getting my meal, and they said they had a scheduled reso at 1145 that backed up the kitchen. The service was terrible, food was rang in wrong. It wasn't overly busy and I wasn't anticipating a simple kids lunch taking almost an hour and a half. Won't be going back.

Ate at this location today and the service was terrible, our waitress was on the shorter side and had pink hair, she didn’t come across very nice and it seemed like she wasn’t doing her job properly. She seemed slow and couldn’t keep up, she couldn’t run our food and a young gentleman did it for her.

Pretty annoying to go for lunch as a family and the ONLY bathroom stall with a change table is out of order. Food was good but unless you’re okay with people changing a baby on your dining room tables you might want to fix that or at least post a note so people with small children know to go somewhere else.

Every time I order take out, I am always disappointed and missing items. One time the chicken Alfredo was missing the chicken... another time the bandara pizza bread was missing the Santa fe sauce. Last night I ordered a salad, they forgot the dressing. Other boston pizzas don't seem the have this issue

We went there to celebrate the graduation day of my daughter but the whole day was ruined because of the experience. We checked in during the lunch time and was served by this lady. To start off the plates we were given for our meals were a little bit dirty. We told her that the plates are dirty and she responded with rolling eyes and saying that there were not dirty. We found it a bit odd but didn't really pursue it and went on to order the food which was ok.. we did order some pops and asked the server to refill it after a while. She almost poured it onto my hand as well as food. It felt a bit awkward but we ignored as we were happy and celebrating the graduation. We asked her to remove some of the water glass we have asked for earlier and were again looked upon as we asked her for her dear life. She said something under her breath which seems like she was saying that why did you ordered it in first place. At that time we had enough and decided to report. My daughter was paying the bill and had some issues with the POS system, Instead of helping this lady asked if she was trying to bypass the tips. During our exit from the restaurant I started the conversation with the lady there at the reception but this lady came running again and started arguing. I asked her to call the manager to which she responded that she is the manager. I simply went out of the restaurant. This lady was so arrogant and make us feel really uncomfortable to the extent that we decided not to visit Boston's pizza again. I know it doesn't really matter to such a big chain but just thought of letting people know.
