Boston Pizza

Extremely upset after waiting two hours for food to arrive that never did. Called and was told it the order was received and processed and never picked up. No one noticed it sitting there. We usually love BP’s but will never order from or eat here again based on this and the customer service. No offer of a discount or anything for what then would have been a 3 hour wait for 2 sandwiches. Very bad service. The sad part is that it was supposed to be a special takeout dinner for us.

Blonde bartender was rude, absent minded, bad mannered. The service made the atmosphere terrible. The jambalaya fettuccine was good a little oily.

Dining in may be better. I keep trying to give them another chance when ordering delivery but no luck! Why do they think it’s okay to cut corners when doing orders for delivery. Yet make the food how it should be done only in the restaurant because they’ll be face to face with the customer.
Thai bites , never covered with sauce or missing the toppings. One time these “Thai bites” were in tiny pieces as though they gave me whatever was at the bottom of the bag. No dip with bandera bread and no dip with cactus cut potatoes. The dip is what makes these so good! No sauce in the lasagna, gross and rubber wings. Meals ruined! Ugh.

The internet search on google said that it would be open at 11:00 So that was perfect, It was a group meet up, people drove in from FT Sask, Leduc, and Stony Plain as well as Edmontonian's . 11 adults and one 17 year old saying bon voyage to family that was up USA. Well the place was not open at 11 and no one was there. Everybody sitting in Cars figuring it would soon be open and we could get in. Well no one showed up to open BP's... so we went over to Joey in the same common. All had a great time there spent well over 500.00 with tip. Your loss BP's

Their jambalaya pasta is to die for! It’s got the right amount of spices and this paired with their garlic bread is just heaven.
Plenty of parking out front and plenty of seating inside as well.

The French fries were good but the chicken tenders were very oily and they ran out of pasta sause and pasta and our table was flimsy but they were nice enough to move us to another table.

Seating took long than it should have and the booth had a big gash in the cushion. Then we waited for 15 minutes for someone to visit our table. The wait for the food was decent but the quality in comparison to other bps was off. Our glasses came dirty. The wait to pay was another 15-20 minutes. This all occurred between 4-5:30pm and I noticed the same trend for several other tables though there were only a couple per section. The bathroom is always dirty.

I have had food poisoning symptoms all night. Skip this location as this is the last of several bad experiences.

Came to the bar to watch the game. Food was good, servers were nice and attentive. But the bathroom was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been clean in a couple days. And the handicap stall was clogged to the brim, it looked like it had been sitting there for a couple hours.

We ordered the triple play, wings and a kids meal. The kids meal came with cold gravy! It literally had a pudding layer on top! We sent it back and they had dumped it into a larger container and warmed it up in the microwave, they brought it back and it still had lumpy pudding pieces in it. Our triple play Thai bites, and cactus cuts were also completely cold. The bread was barely warm. Only decent thing was our order wings. Horrible place

I only went to the pub area for some drinks and to watch the hockey game but it was super fun. Bartender was nice and attentive. Drinks were good. Outlet at the end of bar so I could charge my cell. Overall a great time!

Went for a late late lunch around 230 with my daughter and Aunt . To be honest the staff made my family fell rushed like they were trying to get us out. They forgot my dau drink and then kept asking if she was ready for dessert. She still had full plate of food . The server wad not very attentive.

Literally the worst boston pizza in the city. The girls at the front desk put your pizza in the bag sideways and don't give you half the sauces you order then when you complain the obese old manager woman starts yelling at you like it's your fault you ordered food from here. Worst, Restaurant, EVER.

Server did not check on us after the appitizer or main. No refills on the drinks. Do not recommend there are other BP's that have at least a minimum level of service.
