Wow…if I could give it a zero I would. 1. Couldn’t register my plate because system was down but the girl at the front was nice about it and said to just bring the ticket to them (if I get one) after I asked. 2. We ordered nachos with NO olives. We got stale chips with burnt cheese and olives on it, the sour cream also tasted expired. 3. She forgot our drinks even though she wrote it down and they came after our food. It was not even busy since we came during the day. 4. The meat bites came with 1 stick of celery and 1 carrot slice that looked old. 5. No one came to ask if we wanted refills until I asked for the bill. 6. I paid $50 for food that I could not even finish eating. 7. We sat by the window and the smell was horrific! Should’ve seen that as a red flag and left to go somewhere else.

Boston Pizza is a family favorite, hence spending my 50th there for bday's dinner. And why is it a family favorite, they keep a standard that must be tough to beat. They have been around for min. 30 years probably more (not sure exactly how long, but their food has remained AWESOME, their service has remained AWESOME, the ambiance of the restaurant remains cozy, family friendly one side or for an adult evening a great sports bar that remains warm and inviting. Recommend this place as one of my firsties to suggest to people, and the final word that made that decision was the value. What you pay for what you get, BPs blows most restaurants right out of the water. They are not cheap, they are a moderately priced Canadian restaurant that gives you a lot for your dollar. 5 STARS Enjoy. I sure do.

Terry S, who runs the lounge at this BPs, is absolutely Top Notch, the Best Server around! He takes such pride in his work and provides excellent service, every time we have a meal there!! Prompt, professional, and pleasant - he will keep us coming to this location for great service and good food, which can be very hard to find these days. :)

We have been into this BPs recently on several occasions and are super impressed with one of the servers, Terry S. He runs the lounge side of the business and to be quite honest, he is the best server we have encountered in any restaurant in literally decades. The man is perfection as a server, he is courteous, prompt, has impeccable timing, ensures he serves great food, follows up - he is just #1! I am going to sound like a snob here, but this guy should be serving in a high-end restaurant, showing their servers how it is done - but from what we can gather, he's too loyal to BPs to leave. Give Terry S a big raise, BPs, he deserves it!!

We had the most amazing server and the food was decent.. My partner used the bathroom on the lounge side before we had ordered, he walked into the men’s bathroom and found a couple smoking drugs and unfortunately had a big inhale while walking in.. He didn’t even use the toilet and notified the bartender and the manager was notified as well. He was visibly sick from whatever substance was being smoked in the bathroom, our sever noticed this as well.. We decided to stay and pay for our service, as our server was lovely! But when we asked for the manager to speak on our experience, and see if it was possible to get a discount for the serious trouble, our server came back and told us the manager said “he said, “if you had k/led him, you would’ve gotten a free meal”.. Mind you, we have not seen or spoke to the manager at all since this happened.. We ended our night in the ER due to being sick with whatever substance was being used in Boston Pizzas Jasper Ave Location.

staff was very friendly to my daughter, niece, and me the onion soup was amazing. few days later my niece and I came back just us two and we had the same server, and me and my niece had a wonderful most needed bonding over 2 hot chocolates each, 2 french onion soup and then couple hrs later after bonding ordered a full size classic nachos after 4 hrs and a bit was so good, the atmosphere was nice and the staff made for a memorable time with my daughter and my niece that i will never forget. I also have to say the Abbotsfield BP's location in Edmonton is also the place my daughter have visited more then 4 times, ate had coffee, watched hockey and baseball and play game of Uno Flip. thank you so much!
I am beyond upset with what happened at Boston Pizza. My dad and I have been loyal customers, ordering the same meal every time, and this visit was completely unacceptable. Not only did our food come out totally wrong and ridiculously dry, but when we tried to address it, the manager had the nerve to call me a liar in front of everyone. He even banned me from the restaurant, as if I had done something wrong by simply expecting the meal we always order. This kind of treatment is disgusting and insulting. I’m sharing this so others know to think twice before coming here. Honestly, if I could give it no stars, I would absolutely disgusting behaviour

Wonderful visit, very quiet on the restaurant side this evening but still enjoyed (maybe even more so than usual because of the quiet). But good service and food.
Prices are reasonable $15-$22 for most meals unless you're ordering pizza. There is limited parking in front of the restaurant, however there was also a large parking lot behind building
Anyway overall good experience and nice spot to stop if you have activities or meetings in the downtown area.
