I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Boston Pizza location and I have to highlight the exceptional service provided by Sadia. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.
Sadia went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was top-notch. She checked in on me frequently, making sure my drinks were full and that I had everything I needed without being intrusive. Her genuine care for my experience truly stood out.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I tried a variety of appetizers, and every single one was flavorful and well-prepared.
Thanks to Sadia's stellar service and the outstanding food, I had a fantastic meal and dining experience. I highly recommend visiting this Boston Pizza and being served by her – you won't be disappointed!

This place has gone downhill. Extensive trash in the parking lot, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.
Not welcoming. Food trash. Toppings not enough. Told them no bacon they still put bacon. Server drunk.

We walked in with a group of 7 and the guy at the front was very unenthusiastic to serve us. He said right away that he couldnt serve us. There was no wait time offered or alternative. We get that it was busy and we were walking in, but their patio was empty on a nice summer day, and when we had asked if we could sit there, they said no. As a group of 7 we would likely be spending at least $200. Im not sure if it was understaffing that caused your patio to be closed or sheer laziness but having another server on @$15 an hour for 3 hours to serve people on the patio during lunch rush might be a good bet, as youve missed out on at least $200 in sales to save $45 (server wage). I wouldnt be surprised if you turned others away too, causing that number to be much higher.
