Not often do I write a review, however I MUST!

With a reservation, we had hosted 6 teens, 2 toddlers and 4 adults for part of my daughter's 13th birthday at this Boston Pizza Location.
Not only were the front host staff very accommodating to quickly rearrange seating, but I must shout out our waitress (Jennifer P).

She was anticipating our needs before we had the need, was so very kind and personable, and really deserves the highest of praise. A true asset to your team! She helped us celebrate my daughter to lengths many in the industry would not have gone to. I'm so grateful for her assistance in serving this party!

Deepest thanks, to this Boston Pizza Team.

Was pretty busy when we went. I had a group of 7 and they sat us at a 6 seater. In retrospect it was very uncomfortable, I kind of wish they had just turned us away if there was going to be no room. Otherwise it's a decent enough place. Great food and drink.

Kid-friendliness: Kids get coloring pages, which is a nice touch.

Terrible service from an incompetent manager Sha-Lyn that asked for our ID three times, then denied us service! This friend of mine has been of age for over a year and has never had a problem until now. If you want to have a drink after a long day at the job site this is not the place for you.

Our issue this visit should have been such a simple fix, but it turned into such an incredibly disgusting interaction with the “manager” on duty. We had 3 adult meals and drinks, plus 2 kids meals. It was my son’s 6th birthday and he was very tired, but insisted on his favourite pizza. We were with my father in law from out of town. So this dinner should have been low key. My husband ordered a margarita. This had to have been an accidental make of the drink because it was as if salt spilled into it. It was not drinkable. My husband tried to be polite with the server and told her it’s awful and if he had to drink it, he would try. But my issue is, the moment someone is unhappy with a drink or meal, you automatically ask if they can offer an alternative so that the person is satisfied or to take care of it. This was not offered. The bill came and he noticed it was not taken off despite not being consumed. Again. This was not a preference, the drink was not drinkable. The server apologized, but said the manager would not take care of it.
So we asked to speak to the manager.
The restaurant was empty and she took a long time to arrive. And when she finally did, she stormed to our table and was straight up defensive off the hop. No apology. We couldn’t even explain the situation before she abruptly interrupted and said she can’t refund because we already paid. If she had been listening, it was more about being heard and understood that the drink was all salt and couldn’t be consumed. Maybe to talk to the bartender in case it is an issue on their end. We were not trying to make a big deal, but she snatched the receipt and stormed off. She shook her head to the group of staff standing by the kitchen, fully annoyed, as if to assert some type of dominance. It was passive aggressive. It was in front of our children and completely wrecked the vibe of our low key night for my son.
There is no excuse for this. Families should be able to enjoy a meal and people should be able to communicate in a respectful manner. Customer service 101 is to listen and perhaps find a solution. Not make a scene. Not wreck someone’s night, because quite frankly what if people don’t get to do this often or with people they don’t see often. In this day and age there are options and people are picky about where they want to spend their money. This location has been a staple for our family and we will never return.

Ravioli was pasty tasting! Pizza was hard and over cooked! Manager on the evening of oct 18 had an attitude and seems like she doesn’t care one bit!! Zero phone manners!! We are from out of town and when we return we wouldn’t come back nor will we recommend!!

We came from out of town for a volleyball tournament. The restaurant was quick to accomodate us, including adding an extra 18 people to our previous request. We found the service to be exemplary, which can be hard to do with large teenage groups. Kudos to NISHTHA and GRACE who kept our tables fed and hydrated and who were quick to answer/attend to any of our requests. The food was better prepared here than other Boston Pizzas that we've taken the teams too and service was fast- everything you need when trying to wrangle 50 teens. Thanks again!

We have not been happy with Boston Pizza lately. We decided to give it another try. It was as it should be. Very happy.

Tonight, during my recent stay at Candlewood Suites, I decided to order delivery from Boston Pizza, as they advertise a 10% discount for hotel guests. When I called to place the order, the girl on the phone had no idea about the discount but assured me I would get it. She quoted 40 minutes for delivery. The driver showed up after 30 minutes but forgot the payment machine, so he had to go back to the restaurant. The food finally arrived 70 minutes later, cold and disappointing.

To make matters worse, the bill was full price—no discount applied. When I called the restaurant to address this, the female employee casually apologized, saying, “Sorry, I forgot, it was so busy here,” but offered no solution or effort to fix the issue. I had to pay full price for a subpar meal, with cold bandera bread and wilted lettuce in my caesar salad (which I threw out and didn’t get to eat).

I am incredibly frustrated, especially after a long day of travel. With everything being so expensive these days, it’s disappointing that the quality of both the food and service didn’t match the price. I won’t be ordering from Boston Pizza again.

I ordered a personal pan pizza
The pizza itself was ok, nothing to write home about…I can get better pizza at any takeout place for half the price they charge.
The thing was my pizza was served on a white plate with all this grey staining all over the sides and bottom of the plate…
It looked disgusting like black mold…,
When I mentioned it to the server she was like oh it’s just staining from silverware it’s not dirty!!
Deeegusting to eat off a plate like this.
Real appetite suppressant..
I complained to the manager but he just said the same thing as the server…I said can’t they afford decent plates for their customers…
I won’t be going back!!!
Oh the service was bad I had to wait forever for my bill…

I normally love this BP’s, but ever since they added that stupid gold simulator. It absolutely ruined everything. Can’t even pay attention to the oilers game because some drunk idiots are “golfing”. Absolutely ruined this place for me. If you’re coming here, go to the actual restaurant, not the bar
