I get the same thing everytime I go to BP, the Thai chicken wrap no onion. Stopped in today before work. The host was very friendly but when I got to work 5 minutes away I opened my wrap and there was barley any Thai sauce. It was more creamy and soggy. The fries were kinda cold and there wasn't any ketchup. Could live with that but they and the wrap were bland. Overall disappointing. I'd have gone back but I'm starving and my shift starts in 10 minutes.

I recently visited Boston Pizza with my family in West Edmonton mall and although it was very busy ee received excellent customer service from Eddie. He was prompt, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Such a pleasure to deal with and was excellent about informing us about upcoming promotions for the restaurant.Keep up the great work Eddie and Boston Pizza!

So disappointed with this store, specially with a guy with bald head, I’m not sure what’s his name and what is his problem,but he had really bad attitude , really really bad customer service. Won’t be back for sureeeeeee.

After being rudely told to leave the premises , and being told that a Laminated Status card IS NOT an acceptable valid Government piece of ID , we will never return an I will be in contact with Corporate this is unacceptable behaviour an I hope in the future you actually educate yourself , on a valid laminated Govt . Piece of ID .. very upset customers who will NOT be returning but gladly taking our business elsewhere ! Being a former Manager of a million dollar company , I’m very well aware of things , so I highly suggest you train your employees of what a Clearly acceptable valid GOVERNMENT piece of ID looks like an also train your employees about using proper acceptable customer service skills ! Being aboriginal an not treated fairly isn’t acceptable an I plan to use my voice to all aboriginal people to never go to your establishment again ! Laurie believe me I also know that it only takes one bad review to ruin it for others !
