I went here a few weeks ago and had their maple bacon burger and a side of fries.
The burger really had no character. The only flavour that really stood out was the maple syrup on the bacon. Maybe I'm wrong but I think a great burger tastes like a great burger. Everything else (bacon, maple syrup, whatever) should ADD to the character of the burger.
Unfortunately, I don't get that when I eat at Boston Pizza. Every time I eat at one of their locations, I find their food to be just incredibly average.

I was there for dinner with my family yesterday. we ordered nachos and pizza and some drinks. The lady server was good and friendly but the food wasn’t that good. The nachos had no taste at all we ate not even the half of it .so I requested the server for discount on food that we couldn’t eat , she went to ask her manager and he said “no we can’t “which was surprising to me as a customer they had no courtesy.

My recent visit to Westmount location my food was luke warm not hot like previous visits. I did not say anything just ate my meal ,waited for the bill ,then left.
Food was plenty!! Thursday deal.is worth is and if you buy kids cards it's alot cheaper to go out with lots of kids :) Our waitress was awesome!! Tip the good servers. It's a hard job

We were sat, I believe a manager came and took our order, our food cake out WARM and not very fresh, he checked on us ONCE, 2 minutes after he brought out order and didn't seem concerned with our response. Left out glasses EMPTY for over 15 minutes, we had to flag down a different server who acted as though we were inconveniencing her. There are 4 tables, 2 staff and a manager in duty. There is ZERO reason for this poor a level of service. ZERO.

If I could leave zero starts I would me and my family of 4 were seated for 15 minutes and NO ONE served us but tables seated after us were served. Very disappointed.
