It's unfortunate this restaurant is going downhill fast. It seems like a flood of new owners are cutting quality in favour of increased profit. The steak sandwich is thin and very fatty, and the gravy was disgusting, like clumpy brown grease with a thick rubber film. The waitress forgot my bread so the steak was cold when I was able to start eating it all. Draft beer was flat too. This isn't the first time this happened, about a month ago my steak sandwich and beer was the same, flat, thin, fatty, and breadless. I had hoped it was a one time thing. I won't order it again, sad to admit I've had better steak in Florida. They also used to have great deals on kids meals and promotions for return visits too, now there is nothing; and they raised the prices to boot. I want the old Boston Pizza back: I don't mind paying a little more, but not for reduced value. I'm a regular here, but I'm starting to look for new places.

Went here with my step mom, toddler and baby (10 days old) yesterday Aug 16 around 11:49AM. Our waiter was a 19 year old young guy who was absolutey exceptional! Was so good with my toddler and just a great guy! I did not catch his name but I was very impressed by him and would come back to this location solely based on how he was! Also the food was fantastic as per usual! A great overall experience 10/10

I came in for the first time this week, and I will definitely be back. Bryson served me and gave great service, and the food tasted amazing! Happy hour has very good prices, which Bryson recommended to me, and I was very happy with the price, and taste, and speed of my order! I will be coming back for sure!

I come to this Boston Pizza lounge often. The staff are always super friendly and give prompt service. Bryson has served me the past few times, and is always quick with drinks, has a smile on his face, and goes above and beyond basic service. Food and drinks are always good. They have great daily specials that I recommend checking out as well. Big shout out to Bryson and the team at Boston Pizza!
I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade, and it’s always a pleasure. The staff are consistently friendly, and most even know my kids by name, which makes every visit feel personal. Tonight, Liberty was our server with help from Bryson and they made the experience even better with their entertaining and attentive service. We tried some delicious new favorites from the summer menu and loved every bite. The restaurant is always clean, well-organized, and staffed with genuinely great people. Highly recommend!
