Having the three year anniversary since I've ordered take out here. Ordered a salad and bread with meat sauce, which was pretty typical of take out order for me. Work 12 night shifts in the area, so do lots of takeout. Called back about utensils and was told it was not their responsibility to ask if I needed them. Suggested that wasn't a great policy. Was told I should get my act together by the person on the phone. So I did. Haven't been back since. Don't do BP much anymore as I have to travel further to Capilano or 23 ave for it. Just sucks these location has such a poor attitude.

Went for a late lunch with zero people in the restaurant, and what appeared to be no staff to even come out and seat us. Waited for what seemed to be an eternity and still now one even acknowledged we were there. We left to go give our business elsewhere. Terrible service.

Went for a work lunch. I am diabetic so I wish they had more zero sugar drink options but the lunch deal was great. Staff are very friendly. Good environment and lots of parking

Disappointing experience overall. Three of us decided to share some appies and watch the Oiler game. Ordered a party platter with three items, one item arrived hot, one lukewarm and the chili chicken was cold. They did get us a new order of chicken but told us that due to the restaurant being busy, it would take a while. Also ordered a plate of nachos and while the toppings were fine and plentiful, the nachos chips were stale tasting and ruined the experience.

Avoid this location! We love BP's, and thought we'd try out this location. Big mistake. No one at the entrance booth, waited for a while for anyone to appear. Was eventually seated in an almost empty restaurant. Asked for a high chair right seat, waited again for more than 5 minutes for any staff person to appear at all while I stood with my child. We were there at 5pm on a Thursday. Our waitress was lovely and friendly. However we waited a long time to give our order, received our appetizer AFTER our entrees, my child received the wrong entree altogether, and my 2 children received the wrong Sundae toppings at the end. I won't be going back.

Update! It's just as bad as ever. Cold coffee with terrible service. Avoid. First review.. Ordered a individual pizza. It was luke warm, and cold by the second slice. Also got a coffee with it. It was luke cold, and fully cold after about 3-4 minutes. Not one time did the server or anyone else come check on anything. This is an ongoing issue at this location for months now. Ever since the ownership change. Also tables are most often dirty with old food and drink smeared across the table by someone with a wipe cloth who just doesn't get the concept. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else.

KIA was absolutely fantastic! She was super busy but did a wonderful job! Unfortunately to see manager not helping out on the floor. Despite that she was outstanding!!!

If only I could give zero stars. Since new ownership has taken over, they have run this place into the ground. They have no clue how to run a restaurant, and don't realize that the staff are the heart of what makes a restaurant successful. They are only in it for the money, and don't care about the staff at all. Most of the staff that was there for many years all left. The new staff are nice enough, but are being put in a position to fail due to the greed of ownership. Many of those new staff have also been let go or have left as well. DO NOT waste your time going to this BP.

The music they player sounded like a computer dial tone it was painful to listen to. We would of left if they kept it on. Then they brought our food before we were served our drinks. Never saw the dude again till 20 mins after we finnished eating and out drinks were long gone. Still tipped the guy even tho he failed on every level of service. I hate to say it but i think he was a manager on site and if thats true then clearly this bps will have no future.

A tragic loss of a great establishment due to new management/ownership. Zero stars wasnt an option and only one was given because of the name on the building and that's literally all it is now. From a 1st place BP to should consider closing the doors. We have dined here for years for all the right reasons, second to none amazing service, great food and atmosphere and now an embarassment to the franchise and we just had our last visit. They should really close the doors or rename it Chuck E. Cheese and just serve draft beer and frozen microwaveble pizza, but even that would have to be earned. As soon as we entered we were met with dirty tables and a long wait to even be greeted by a human. The food and beverage knowledge was non-existent as the mythical unicorn called an Old Fashion had never been heard of before. After a new beverage selection was made the long lost unicorn appeared and was served without notice of the change and it was guaranteed a first time pour from the bartender. The food itself was that of the quality from a cafeteria at a zoo, with lack of sauces and seasoning to even the piece count for mere chicken wings was off. I'm assuming to cut costs, I mean who cares about customer care and service right? Even the first helping of wings was the wrong order and had to be returned. This is by no means the fault of our server, it was very apparent that management had set them up to fail, not intentionally of course but due to the wait and the quality of food that was presented they have obviously done the same to their kitchen staff. Point being, that just because one wants to make a quick buck doesn't mean you open up a restaurant when you have money to but zero experience in the industry. Customers should have been your first concern and whether or not you could provide a quality service or product to them and not just make what you thought was easy bank. You really had no business taking over this one and I really hope you change your business plan and stop ruining what BP has proudly built.

Food and service wasn't as good as we had the last time we visited for my last year daughter birthday, lot of new faces I haven't seen before , hopefully they fix what need yo be fixed soon .
