First i want ro say Anna rhe server was so good, f3i3ndlt and personable. The manager however was extremely rude to us. I was running very late leaving my friends ssitting in the restaurant waiting dor me. He profiles my friends as one had a fa e tattoo. Wme and a friend had to go grab cash from the bank but we had our 3rd friend ordered for us. We got back ecpexting the pozza to be ready and we get told our order hasnt been started because the manager wanted cash up front. When confronted the manager told us that money up front is common practice. I have never heard of that in any restaurant, nevermond a Boston Pizza Never eating here again because of him We left in disgust

I had placed an order through Uber eats and when it got delivered, I noticed an item was missing. I called the store and offered to pick up said missing item, and when I arrived to pick up the item, they had thrown in a free dessert. Thank you for the great customer service!

Excellent location on Whyte Avenue! Friendly service and delicious food that wasn't overpriced. This Boston Pizza has been around for a long time. I remember going to it when I was in high school and I'm now 65 years young. Definitely worth a visit!

I really like Boston Pizza pizza and this place was pretty good, but when compared to other BPs this place seemed to be... lacking a certain energy. I think it was the combination of the service being fine (just good enough) and the atmosphere being a little too quiet and dark... Idk they need to do something about the restaurant, get more natural light in there or something to modernize it.
Food was utterly underwhelming, also took a fairly long time to arrive. Waitresses were really nice though.

I ordered food for delivery. I ordered the boston brute and wings. The boston brute was okay, wings were good, with the wings I got one celery stick and one carrot stick. I found it expensive for the quality of the food. I had a gift card, if I had to pay for it out of my own pocket, I wouldn't waste my money.

Had not been there for 20 years. Still the same old usual place. My meal was delicious. Had lasagna and the Coke. They charged me $4.99 for the Coke (fountain Coke, syrup and carbonated water). I should have ordered a can instead however I saved money on discount pasta day prices...
