Despite what it says online, this location is not wheelchair accessible. Which is unfortunate because it’s the closest to the hospital.
Delicious food, beautiful decor inside and out, and the staff my group and I interacted with were really kind. Would definitely go again.

Just a little background information for why I’m leaving a review like this; I am a waitress at the Boston pizza in my town. Basically, I went out with a table of 25 people, and the service was diabolical. Everyone got drinks that are not difficult drink to make, Bellinis, and it took 40 minutes for everyone to get their drink and 3 of them were still forgotten. At that point too, 1/3 of the group had food and no drinks and the rest of us had nothing but the napkins in front of us. In the end it took an hour and half for food, that I know should have only taken 30-40 minutes to make. As well when the food came out my salad was drenched in caesar and they gave me the piece of the lettuce that gets tossed out ( I left a picture to show). Then the waitress had the audacity to throw an 18% gratuity tip on my bill, for service I would not give to the worst table ever. The waitress never spoke to us except for getting our orders and then asking us for money (tips) she didn’t deserve. Overall I wish I could give this experience a 0/5 stars. Never go to this BP there are so many better places to on Whyte and all over Edmonton for that matter.

We went to have a beer yesterday afternoon. We sat at on the patio ordered our 2 drinks . We waited 20 min and no drinks. We went inside and the waitress was on her phone and forgot to get our drinks. We said we are good and left. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

First i want ro say Anna rhe server was so good, f3i3ndlt and personable. The manager however was extremely rude to us. I was running very late leaving my friends ssitting in the restaurant waiting dor me. He profiles my friends as one had a fa e tattoo. Wme and a friend had to go grab cash from the bank but we had our 3rd friend ordered for us. We got back ecpexting the pozza to be ready and we get told our order hasnt been started because the manager wanted cash up front. When confronted the manager told us that money up front is common practice. I have never heard of that in any restaurant, nevermond a Boston Pizza Never eating here again because of him We left in disgust

The best place to watch hockey in the dark with cheap beer and carefree staff. 10/10. Will be back...
I had placed an order through Uber eats and when it got delivered, I noticed an item was missing. I called the store and offered to pick up said missing item, and when I arrived to pick up the item, they had thrown in a free dessert. Thank you for the great customer service!
An iconic BP location with personable service. I enjoyed a hockey game in the private party room. I highly recommend the private party room with a buffet.
Food wasn’t close to what it said in menu nd stunk like mold in the booth we were sitting I ordered the chicken parm cause I wanted pasta nd no pasta
Excellent location on Whyte Avenue! Friendly service and delicious food that wasn't overpriced. This Boston Pizza has been around for a long time. I remember going to it when I was in high school and I'm now 65 years young. Definitely worth a visit!
