Our server was nice and friendly but the food was very disappointing, no one in my party enjoyed their meals. I have been to other Boston pizza locations, and the food here was far below the rest.

I ordered food for delivery. I ordered the boston brute and wings. The boston brute was okay, wings were good, with the wings I got one celery stick and one carrot stick. I found it expensive for the quality of the food. I had a gift card, if I had to pay for it out of my own pocket, I wouldn't waste my money.

Had not been there for 20 years. Still the same old usual place. My meal was delicious. Had lasagna and the Coke. They charged me $4.99 for the Coke (fountain Coke, syrup and carbonated water). I should have ordered a can instead however I saved money on discount pasta day prices...

The ground floor is the restaurant but there's another floor upstairs with a few pool tables! We went there for dinner but didn't feel like eating so we played some pool and just ordered the big jug of draft Coors Light to share. Eventually we were a little bit hungry so we ordered the honey garlic chicken wings with fries. It was a quiet place up there for us to talk and catch up.

Waited five minutes to be seated while really no one was in restaurant only to be told to seat ourselves and they would be right over with menus. Waited more than 25 minutes with no one in sight, decided to leave. We can hear the servers and cooks gossiping in the back the whole time. As we get up the server comes out of the back makes eye contact and smiles, not a word of sorry or anything. I would rate negative stars but it’s not possible.
I ordered through skip and everything arrived cold, thought I made a big mistake for my birthday dinner but I ended up calling and the manager was absolutely wonderful in the way he handled the situation. He was very detail oriented and dedicated to making my night. He sent out a whole new order of food and gave me a little birthday treat bag. The customer service was off the charts amazing and I cannot recommend the food or the staff enough.
